The main topic of this study is the development of a chosen tourist site from a guide's point of view. In the theoretical part we define the basic terms and their connections of human capital's impact on the improvement of a region. The practical part of the study focuses on the significance of a specific region: Lednice Chateau. The importance of the human capital in the sight development is based on both the interviews with castle's tour guides and the analysis of those interviews. The outcomes of this study are: concluding duscusion and recommendations for the future tourism development of the Lednice-Valtice Area.

Gifted child in today's pre-school nursery

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of identifying gifted children within preschool education in kindergartens. The objective of the work is to find out whether teachers in kindergarten are able to identify gifted children and then their talents in a targeted manner further develop. It also focuses on how preschool educators perceive such a child, whether they know and possibly use targeted methods and practises for working with a gifted child. It maps whether teachers and parents are sufficiently informed about further possibilities of cooperation with professional institutions focused on development of gifted children. The theoretical part comprises of a basic theoretical background including a definition of the term talent and performance and education of a gifted child. In the practical part, a qualitative comparison and semi-structured interviews are used for the research survey. The survey is divided into two stages. First, kindergarten teachers are interviewed, then parents of gifted children. The results of both stages are summarized and compared. Answers to research questions are summarized in a conclusion.

Rozvoj meziobecní spolupráce subregionu Velké Dářko a svazku obcí Podoubraví

This thesis speaks about the development of inter-municipal cooperation (IMC) of sub-region Velké Dářko and multi-municipality Podoubraví. The work is split into two parts- theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the important terms regarding the development of the IMC are defined. The importance of the topic is supported by ana-lysing the interviews with the representatives of municipalities involved in the study. The outcome of the practical part of the thesis is a discussion and recommendations, which might lead to improvements in the IMC and development of the entire region.
