Influencing Shooting Speed in Football

Title: Influencing the shooting speed in football Objectives: The aim of my thesis was to record, evaluate changes and verify the effectiveness of the implemented intervention during the reference period in the development of shooting speed together with a rebound ability in a long jump in a football team which is operating in the 5th highest football competition in Germany. Methods: Quantitative research was carried out in the form of motor testing of a football team from a selected foreign football league during the autumn part of the competition. Two tests were selected to determine the development of the explosive force of the lower limbs. It was a specific test of the explosive force of the lower limbs - a kick from a one-step rhythm and a test of the general explosive force of lower limbs - jump. It was a so-called cross over study. Team was divided in two groups, where group A was doing implemented intervention in a different part of reference period than group B. Results: Based on the analysis of descriptive statistics, there was an increase in the statistics in the long jump and a decrease in the statistics in both monitored groups, while group A has the observations with the greatest improvement, but in the group B can be seen mostly an improvement across the whole group. Explosive power in soccer goalkeepers

Title: The explosive power of football goalkeepers Objectives: The main object of the work is to find out what is the development of the explosive power of football goalkeepers at the level of the Czech Football League (3rd League), Division (4th League) and the Regional Championship (6th League) of men in the monthly period in winter preparation. Methods: Quantitative research was carried out in the form of motor testing of six football goalkeepers from selected football competitions during the winter preparation period. Three specific tests were selected to determine the development of the lower limb explosive power. To determine the evolution of the explosive power were used a long jump, the vertical jump range - carried out by the arm swing and the Counter Movement Jump (CMJ), which was evaluated using the Myotest PRO device. Results: The change in explosive power during the follow-up period has occurred with all six goalkeepers in all three motor tests. The biggest change occurred in long jump. The Vertical jumps where we rank the vertical jump range - carried out by the arm swing and the Counter Movement Jump, the improvement has also come, not as striking as it is when compared to the long jump. Snaha o regulaci retailového bankovnictví ? přínos či ztráta pro klienta

Bankovní sektor procházel v posledních patnácti letech procesem transformace, privatizace a implementace technologických změn. To mělo za následek podstatné rozšíření produktové nabídky a její přiblížení klientům pomocí alternativních distribučních kanálů. Slabou stránkou tohoto rychlého vývoje je mimo jiné skutečnost, že tyto nové služby nejsou navzájem zkonsolidovány tak, aby z nich každý klient maximalizoval svůj užitek. Konkrétně se jedná o balíčky služeb s neprůhlednými sazebníky nebo poplatky za předčasná splacení bez návaznosti na jiné produkty. Tyto parciální nedostatky se staly předmětem zájmu státních institucí, které se snažily o vyšší regulaci tohoto trhu. Přínosem této práce je zmapování bankovního trhu z pohledu nabídky služeb, vnímání klientů a rozhodování finančních institucí. Závěry se opírají o průzkumy trhu, které vypovídají o úrovni, příležitostech a potřebách tohoto odvětví. Cílem je popsat skutečný stav retailového trhu, zhodnotit postavení klientů v tomto tržním vztahu, vystihnout míru konkurence na tomto trhu a na základě těchto skutečností zvážit nutnost státních intervencí do tohoto odvětví.
