Ivana Felgrová Cíle práce: Cílem práce je sledování účinku intenzivního posilovacího tréninku na následnou úspěšnost v plavání u konkrétního dospělého plavce. Dále potvrzení či vyvrácení předpokladu o vhodnosti zařazení posilovacího programu na suchu v rámci plavecké přípravy a případné stanovení míry a četnosti této tréninkové zátěže. Předmětem výzkumu je sledování změn v úrovni trénovanosti plavce, do jehož tréninkového plánu byl zařazen intenzivní posilovací program. Na základě výkonů v kontrolních testech, které monitorovaly změny silových schopností a změny tělesného složení probanda, a výsledků soutěžní činnosti, zhodnotit vliv vybraného posilovacího programu na plavcovu výkonnost. Metoda: Parametry tréninkové zátěže sledovaného plavce byly zaznamenávány v letech 2002- 2006. Samotný výzkum detailně mapující intenzivní posilovací program probíhal po dobu 23 týdnů v letní častí sezóny 2005/2006. The coins of the soldier emperors in the collection of the Charles University

The thesis Coins of the soldier emperors in the Collection of the Charles University is drawn up as a two-peiced study. First part of the study relates to the history, striking of the coinage, iconography and economy of the period under consideration. Historical events from 235 to 284 AD are briefly outlined, mentioned are also the extraordinary state formations, which arose after 260 AD. Further is described the grow of the mints in provinces, grow of the mint production, iconography and typical features of particular mints. In the passage relates to economy are described particular nominals, their gradual debasement, including the impact of these steps on the monetary system and the Aurelian's reform. Outlined are the revenues and expenses of the state budget and their estimation for the 3rd century AD based on grow of the soldiery salary. The second part of the thesis is created by the catalogue of 558 coins of the soldier emperors. Evaluation of the processed material is carried out in form of charts and graphs. The catalogue is composed by virtue of modern processes by use of the literature commonly used in the foreign publications. The Strategies of Partnership, Marriage and Parenthood Education on Grammar School

Dissertation thesis deals with the strategies of education for partnership, marriage and parenthood in grammar school in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a teaching strategies for subjects and topics relating to the partnership, marriage and parenthood in grammar school. To achieve this objective detail targets have been set and constitute the content and structure of the work. The work is divided into seven chapters, the first four terminologically support research and application of the work. Own contribution was on the basis of gained facts (the results of the research) to create a guide with practical ideas how to tackle with these issues. In addition to that, how to work with grammar school students with these issues through different activities (meetings, lectures, projects and elective subject) by implementing the expected outputs of health education subject on grammar schools (under FEP SE), which includes the following topics.

Developement of tax burden of dependent and independent activity

This thesis deals with the development of tax-dependent and independent activities. The main aim is to demonstrate significantly higher taxation of tax-dependent against independent activities. The partial objective is to summarize the development of taxation from 1993 until the end of 2009. Thesis first discuss the question of fair determination of the tax base, further examines the legislative regulation of taxation of both activity. In the analytical part the development of taxation is analyzed since 1993 where the numerical calculations show the impact of changes on taxpayers. The thesis records all the important changes that have taken place in connection with the method of calculating the tax liability, development of the tax bands gliding progressive taxation and the subsequent change in the "flat" tax in relation to the amount and way of using tax discounts and deductions, the impact of changes in the development of minimum and maximum tax base, the impact of the existence of a minimum tax base, etc. The calculations are performed on three types of taxpayers who are divided by the amount of their income to low-, medium-and high income taxpayers. Most of the results shall provide a comparison of the impact of tax on taxpayers performing dependent and independent activity.

Development of Locomotive Skills in Boccia and Ninepins of Students with Cerebral Palsy

3 ABSTRACT Subject: Development of Locomotive Skill in Boccia and Ninepins of Students with Cerebral Palsy. Aim work: The aim of the work was to find out the student`s level of locomotive skills in boccia and ninepins and the level of their progress after twenty hours of a kinetic programme intervention applied during compulsory lessons of physical training. Method: We tested the student`s locomotive skills at boccia and ninepins. To fulfil the aim we used qualitative and quantitative methods. Then we used the Cohen coefficient d to set the difference between the experimental (six students) and control group (six students). The research we processed in the form of a quasi-experiment. Results: In the first period of testing in experimental and control groups we found out inadequacies in the fulfilment of locomotive skill in boccia and in ninepins. After the application of kinetic programme in experimental group the locomotive skills in boccia and ninepins improved compared to control group. We foud out he signifiant differences only in some locomotive skills. In the second period in the control group the significant differences weren`t documentary. PPP usage in the transport sector : theory vs. experience

The main goal of the thesis is to create Critical Success Factors (in other words factors, that are essential to achieve successful project) for the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) projects in the sector of transport. For this purpose, the first part of the thesis is considering general theory, main characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of this alternative model of public infrastructure implementation. Following practical part is studying opportunities and risks of PPP project in the transport sector in term of experience and conclusions based on case study of a successful PPP project. The final part of thesis is constructing the Critical Success Factors and verifying them on certain PPP transport projects.

Sect in a modern society and their influence on pupils (schools options in the field of protecting pupils from the influence of sects)

This doctoral thesis deals with the topic "Sects in a modern society and their influence on pupils" (school's options in the field of protecting pupils from the influence of sects). The main aim of the dissertation thesis is to map the sect issue and first of all the options of protection from their negative influences. To reach this aim, partial goals were set, which form the content structure of the thesis. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first two should theoretically support the experimental part of the thesis, in which a pedagogical research in form of questionnaires at elementary and grammar schools was done. The questionnaires were focused on the knowledge of pupils and students about sects, their awareness and on finding out the real range of education about sects. Contribution of the thesis itself, elaborated in the remaining chapters, lies in the evaluation of mutual relation and intersection of official and practical educational materials, assessment of the research on pupils' knowledge of the sect issue, assessment of the approach to protection of pupils and in a proposal of a new educational model for protecting pupils from the influences of sects, applicable in educational practices.

The psyche of women during their maternity leave

The aim of my thesis was to try to describe changes in perception that occur to women taking the parent role and accession to maternity leave. In the theoretical part, therefore, I first deal with the concept of motherhood in general, as well as changes in the psyche of a woman from pregnancy to baby and toddler age of children. Individual chapters are devoted to childbirth as a major event for the development of relationship with the child and the puerperium. In the empirical part of the work I am looking for different areas in which change in experience is reflected and context of these changes with other variables. The research was conducted in form of a questionnaire, the sample 71 women who spend their maternity or parental leave with her first child responded. These women showed a significant increase in responsibility, caring and a sense of fear, then increased feeling of happiness and life fulfilment as well as overall satisfaction. In contrast decrease was recorded in the possibility of selfdevelopment and communications possibilities of these women. For other items there was not seen a significant increase or decrease. Augmented Reality Using Video from a Stationary Camera

This thesis deals with the issue of creating applications of augmented reality. There are described types of augmented reality, problems associated with developing of applications of this kind. Also there is description of method for detection of moving objects from the record of stationary camera. The thesis deals with camera calibration using knowledge of scene geometry. Scene editor for scene geometry estimation is included in this work. Augmented reality is represented by physical simulations, where object from virtual reality interacts with detected objects and with objects defined in scene editor.
