ANGLICKÁ ANOTACE Edificial history of the church of Our Lady before Teyn in Prague The Church of Our Lady is the most important ecclesiastical building on the right bank of the river Vltava. The nowadays building preceded a lesser edifice from the turn of the 13th and 14th century. Propulsion to a new building was solution of dispute about patronal privilege between parishioners and Vysehrad's canonry. The construction started perhaps round 1350. The aisles and choirs were finished twenty years later. The builder was influenced by czech architecture of the first half of 14th century ( Golden Crown, Sedlec, Prague - st. Thomas, st. James) as well as by contemporaneous Silesian architecture (parish churches Svidnice, Vratislav). During the construction squarers from the Arras mason's lodge, who worked on St. Vitus Cathedral, took place here (shaping of nave arcade) and from late 70's also stonemasons of the Parler lodge. Effective use RAS technolgy for breeding of ornamental fish in garden tanks.
MITÁŠ, Jaromír
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the efficiency of the technology RAS for water cleaning and conditioning for ornamental tanks with an emphasis on sustainable conservation of water transparency. Initial costs for building the tank, operational costs and costs of purchasing fish were compared. Results include measurements that have been carried out on private property of the author, who breeds ornamental koi carp (Cyprinus carpio). The filtration of breeding tank was formed by vortex, by chamber with brushes, chamber with bioblocks and bioaquacitem. Tentative and 24 hours measurements of selected variables were used for data obtaining. The results indicate that the filter system is effective, but it had insufficient capacity. Transparency of water and elimination of glaucoma was solid by involving of UV lamp into the system of filtration. Available commercial resources were successfully used for controlling of filamentous algae. This thesis also includes a brief overview of ornamental fish species of our region, Moreover we mentioned the most common diseases, causative agents, symptoms and treatments. Overall, monitoring of the system of the garden's ornamental tank confirmed that water quality is dependent on the right choice and dimensioning of the filtration system and that current technology of recirculating of aquaculture systems can be successfully and effectively used within the construction and operation of tanks used for breeding of ornamental fish species.

Trans narrative
Machajová, Dana ; BENDOVÁ, Helena (advisor) ; POSPISZYL, Tomáš (referee)
In my thesis I compare various trans* representations in fiction films, documentary films, TV series and video journals on the internet. I assume, that projections of trans* people differ in stories they tell, depending on media in which they are constructed. Most of the visible trans* stories in media are "being reborn to the right body testimonies (in opposition to the wrong body given at birth)". This is connected to the legislative rules one must follow if he/she wants to have his/her gender reassigned. Trans* activists in global context take steps closer to legislative changes that lead to bigger tolerance and freedom of gender expression. In analysis of characters of seven fiction films, three TV series, four documentaries, one reality show and work of three trans* video bloggers, I demonstrate, that the representation of trans* identities in mainstream media space is reductive and works within strict rules. These rules relate to pathological default setting of the trans* status. On the other hand, the more authentic the material is, the wider variety of stories we see..

Nondestructive Surveying Methods Applied at the Construction Site 0136, Highway D1 Říkovice - Přerov
Hašek, Vladimír ; Kovárník, J. ; Ondra, K.
A combination of archaeological data, and aerial and geophysical surveying over construction site 0136 Říkovice - Přerov (Highway D 1) has yielded a considerable amount of information, which suggest a relatively dense inhabitation especialy in the northern part of the construction site (right terrace in the valley of Bečva River in the vicinity of Přerov), and rather scarce indications in the southern part. An efficient combination of different methods brought about background information sufficient to subsequently excavate specific areas, which contributed significantly to reducing the costs and time necessary to complete the archaeological research.
