Methodology for monitoring of air contamination in the vicinity of public roads by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on the basis of their analysis on the surface of tree leaves
Maršík, Petr ; Kinderman, Pavel ; Vaněk, Tomáš
The methodology deals with the monitoring of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and applies a natural system of sedimentation of pollutants in local vegetation. According to the obtained results is possible to evaluate which of the used woody plants have higher capability to extract harmful substances such as PAH from the air and therefore should be preferred as a vegetation cover.

Polyfunctionality road network and its integration into the landscape
SCHICKEROVÁ, Petra
This work discusses individual features of road network. There is described its impact on the landscape, analyzed in detail erosion protection and access to land. The paper presents the general characteristics of roads, the impact of road networks on landscape fragmentation and the widest point is the migration of animals across the road network and posibilities of its solution. The work explains to the topic and searches responses associated with it.

Building of road network in the frame of the plan of common appliances during the years 1995-2011 in the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov in the dependence on the trends of their building prices
PULTR, Michal
Building of field roads following the complex reparcelling follows from the plan of joint facilities and is proposed with respect to the given cadastre. In the Czech traffic rules, field road is mentioned as a kind of purpose-built communication. The Czech norm No. 73 6109 defines it as a of purpose-built communication, serving preliminarily to the farmers, but potentially having also other function. It can serve as a bicycle path, pedestrian path and mainly as a road for motor vehicles enabling the owners to reach fields in their possession and their rational use. Field roads and the surrounding vegetation contribute to the landscape scenery and its biodiversity, permanently and clearly determine the borders between fields and cadastres. In summary, they contribute to stability of the cadastre. My task was to evaluate the newly-built joint facilities, namely the road network, from the point of view of their costs for the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. Therefore, I used the data offered to me by these offices. All these data are summarised in chapter 5: Results and Discussion. In the Summary, I put together all the new findings and the course of building prices during 2000 - 2011.

Reconstruction of Janus pond in relation to updating of real estate register record
MIKEŠKOVÁ, Denisa
This bachelor?s thesis concerns the specific problems of Januš Pond, which arose during its reconstruction. The work traces the process of the water management-related legal proceedings and the issues resulting from it in the area of waterworks as such, local and purpose-specific roads, changes in the use of land and the issue of substantive rights. The bachelor?s thesis was elaborated in an effort to understand and propose a solution for these problems and the related entries into the land registry.

Assessment of road alley as a significant ecological and landscape element.
SOUČKOVÁ, Alena
This study deals with three-lined road, its history, present, existing species and its suitability. It is based on two contradictory views of two groups of interest on the suitability of trees along the roads. From the transport perspective the trees along the roads are firm obstacles, from the landscape and ecological point of view they are important landscape elements and ecosystem. The study deals with both opinions. It defines ownership of the alleys according to placement of the communications and the relevant government authorities. It indicates the norms for the planting of trees along the loads and explains the problems that the new planting can occur. It deals with the current structure of tree species and summarizes current trends of suitable woody plants for newly established alleys. On the specific alley Nakolice-Vyšné which has the status of a significant landscape element is documented its structure of species and its placement. There is specifically described the way of service during ensuring of the clearance profile and legislative procedure between the controller and the state administration during applying for permission for felling the woody plants growing outside the forest.

Vibratin of bridges under high speed trains
Frýba, Ladislav
The theoretical model explains the dynamic behaviour of railway bridges subjected to high speed trains. The method of integral transformations gives the deflections, stresses and vertical accelerations of the beam in a compact form. The numerical study presents a survey on the effect of several parameters.

Dynamics of a beam coupled with a string
Frýba, Ladislav ; Fischer, Cyril
The beam with an axial force is coupled by an elasic layer of Winkler type with the pretensioned string. It is subjeced to a row of moving forces. The governing equations are solved using the integral transformations method.

Evalution of the links between the elements of territorial systems.
ČÍŽEK, Ladislav
This tesis is focused on a comparison of the major elements of territorial systems. That means an existing state before planned comprehensive land consolidation and expected state after comprehensive land consolidation. This was followed by evaluation of the links between the elements. These are erosions measures, regional system of ecological stability, road network, and water management measures. After selecting the area of interest I made detailed field research and I evaluated the condition of the road network and the hydric skeleton of the landscape. The evaluation was mainly focused on technical condition of roads and watercourses. Then I dealed with the proposed measures, in which I reviewed whether they are sufficient for the given area. Finally I discussed the possibilities of extending the proposed measures, especially the perspective of comprehensive land consolidation.

Motivation and stimulation of work behavior and company culture
HORILOVÁ, Edita
This paper titled "Motivation and stimulation of work behavior and company culture" aims at evaluating the system of motivation and stimulation of work behavior in a selected organization and at proposing changes, especially those developing company culture. The organization Czech Cycling Federation was selected for the purposes of this paper. In the practical part a questionnaire research was carried out consisting of 33 questions in which 46 respondents from the total of 52 employees participated. The results of the questionnaire research have proved the company culture as strong. The employees consider bright side of the organization a positive work environment, friendly atmosphere at the workplace and clear assignment of tasks. The less favorable side includes insufficient communication between the management of the organization and employees and employee motivation. Based on the results of the questionnaire research changes were proposed to improve the situation in the organization. The proposed changes and recommendations include improving between management and subordinates, listen to the opinions and ideas of employees, trying to keep a good name in the field.
