Two versions of Mastičkář
FROŇKOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor's thesis is focused on compare two versions of Mastičkář. The first version is presented by medieval dramatic fragments (The Museum Fragment and The Fragment from Drkolná), the second is short story Mastičkář by Jan z Hvězdy (own name Jan Jindřich Marek). There is at first short describe a genesis of a medieval drama and stories of both version (particularly story of Mastičkář by Jan z Hvězdy, because it isn't so well-known as medieval dramatic fragments), then comparison of person and information about author. I make efforts to look at the problem from many sides and accept differences, which come into epoch of arising both version.

Film Cooperative, Version 2.0: Searching for the Form
Reichová, Tereza ; Felcman, Jakub (advisor) ; KUBICA, Petr (referee)
This thesis with the sumptuous working title Film Cooperative, Version 2.0 is the result of my two-year background research for the purpose of establishing a cooperative entity. I proceed from the generally positive perception of present cooperativism abroad but I apply my research on the specific situation in the Czech Republic. Although it is marked by a rich cooperative history during the so called “First Republic,” the current approach to the cooperativist model is rather negative particularly due to the adverse role that collectivization played in the second half of the 20th century. Therefore I focus on cases from the Czech context, both from the past and present. Since film cooperativism has not yet taken roots in our country, we would be its pioneers. In my work I therefore look for past and present models from other sectors that could help stimulate it. I conclude my thesis by inspiration from alternative models of thinking about the world where finance is not the driving model but a carrier into a better world.

Google Apps - cloud computing in use
Strečko, Marek ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Benáčanová, Helena (referee)
This thesis aims to introduce a reader to cloud computing and Google Apps in order to install and use a solution based on Google Apps. First I would like to present basic facts about cloud computing and its division. The following part is dedicated to Google Apps with the history outline of the development of this system and the list of offered versions. Then I would like to describe in details all the most important services, which this system offers, focusing on a practical aspect of the Google Apps package. To be more precise, for what or why it could be useful for future users. The next part of my work presents how I have tried to install and make this system work in my own domain and it also describes small differences that I made in the installation. The following chapters are about verifying the functionality of the installation, the evaluation of costs associated with deploying of this application, presenting and searching reasons how to use various versions of Apps and their purpose. Finally I have compared advantages and disadvantages of Google Apps. I have evaluated the aim of the thesis, in the conclusion, if it is possible to create a working solution based on cloud computing without high financial costs and time effort along with the assessment of practical use.

Projekt lokálního biokoridoru č. 17 v k.ú. Tišnov
Lacinová, Olga
The project is devided in theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deals with different layout of the corridor according to natural conditions, new Urban development plan and property rights. The locality has been surveyed several times -- first in September 2013 and later in March 2014. The property rights were found out in the Land register. Further information has been gained from new Urban development plan and from the net infrastructure providers. The data has been processed in ArcGIS, LSConventer and USLE2D programme. Location of the corridor was examined in variations -- according to the Urban plan, property rights, soil erodibility and protective zone of infrastructure net. In all versions basic parameters of the corridor such as area, length, width and number of plots were judged. The best corridor location was chosen not only according to the property rights and spatial parameters, but also with regard to aesthetical landscape design. In practical part the chosen version has been transformed to the local green corridor project. Knowledge of the ecological stability territorial system creation from the theoretical part has been applied in the corridor project.

Reasons for Placement of Clients into a Home for People with Disabilitiens Zběšičky
SVAČINOVÁ, Jana
The thesis aims at acquiring relevant information concerning the motivation of clients, their guardians or statutory representatives for the choice of residential service. Research question: Why do families leave clients in the care of residential facility of social services even though they have knowledge, skills, and material potential to provide the care of their members in the family? The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terms and briefly describes the Home for Persons with Disabilities in Zběšičky. The sample consists of families of clients that are interested in their family members and continually cooperate with the Home for Persons with Disabilities in Zběšičky. It is a quota sampling where quotas are conditioned by the interest and cooperation of family members. When elaborating the practical part I chose the qualitative research strategy because of the sensitivity of acquired data and with the view of the ethically very problematic area of study. In-depth interviews with clients? families were selected as the questioning method. Interview transcripts, notes from the dates etc. were given to the thesis supervisor Ing. Lucie Kozlová, Ph.D. at her disposal upon the agreement of communication partners while a promise was given that they would not be handed over to a third person. Only the data coming from the communication partners who had agreed with their processing into the final version and had answered all questions by the end of the data acquisition were used as the results of the diploma thesis. The results of this thesis displayed that families have not come through the whole process of the coping ? admission of the child and have chosen passive and escapist strategies in which they remain. They rationalize their decision by pointing out the necessity of the provision of indispensable complex care which they cannot provide to the clients at home, the demanding character of the care, the presently worsening health state of the carers, the inevitability of care of client?s siblings etc. By the placement in the residential service with regular visits of the client at home, the persisting ambivalent relations to the client manifest themselves together with the necessity to maintain the contact and saturate emotional needs at least in this way. A combination of several factors influences the decision to place there their family member. The placement of a client in the residential service is understood by the families as the final and definitive solution. Therefore passive attitudes to possible changes prevail and families conform to changing demands from the social services providers only unwillingly. With difficulties they get accustomed to the change of the attitude of the society oriented from the paternalist concept of social work towards the assumption of responsibility and active solution of proper situation. It is obvious from the interviews that families have potential, knowledge and skills to take care of their handicapped family members in the home environment, but they refuse the permanent care. In the course of in-depth interviews, I have managed to get into a more intensive relationship and cooperation with clients? families. Knowledge acquired is a valuable feedback for the assessment of the quality of provided care and for the adaptation to the real needs of the clients and their families. Moreover, the results have influenced the ongoing process of quality standards revision and amended methodical materials in the facility. In the spirit of humanizing and transformation changes in the facility, common education of facility employees and our clients? families has been intensively prepared and common meetings of families have been supported in a more substantial way. An increased care is now dedicated to carers.

An Implementation of the Extended Game Quoridor
Trojánek, Tomáš ; Mírovský, Jiří (advisor) ; Zeman, Daniel (referee)
This thesis analyses a classic board game called Quoridor and subsequently its implementation into a form of computer multiplayer application. At first, rules and its extensions from offical version are described, namely - new type of obstacles and generalization of the game board so that it allows bigger amount of players. These specifics alter the game and bring new challenges. A description of algorithms and mathematical study that solves these problems effectively folow. The described version is compared to the original. Finally thesis write about the design, realization and important mechanisms of the application, which contains, among others, implementations of individual algorithms from this text. Program allows to test proved theorems in real environment. It is a network multiplayer game with possibility to add computer oponents.

Ist is described there principle of contactless obtaining steric digital version of measured object with using laser and optical facilities. The second part contains brief makes survey of these contactless systems and their component which are used for co-ordinal measuring. The survey is devided into optical readers, which are put on CMM brake or on mobile measuring brake and on optical CMM, which localize position measuring/sensing head in the space or they read measured object from specific distance – fotogrammetric. Characteristic of offered systems and chart with technical data are mentioned with each maker. The third and fourth part is about submission methodology for objective choice suitable sort of reader, optical CMM in target of characteristic reader system quality. And from this methodology is given the choice of suitable exponent stationary measuring machine with contact and contactless way of reading and their comparison.

How to prevent the proliferation of Legionella pneumophylis in hot water in the hospital Czech Krumlov
TUREK, Jan
This diploma thesis deals with microbiological quality of hot water in a hospital in Cesky Krumlov as well as hot water piping condition with respect to Legionella. It also deals with arrangements for improving the quality of hot water in this hospital. The subject and target of this thesis are the findings of the mentioned parameters based on own observations, technical documentation and analysis of warm water performed by an accredited laboratory. The hospital in Cesky Krumlov, the construction of which began in 1909, was built in 1911 as the 'Nemocnice Císaře Františka Josefa I.' As the time went by, new buildings were built up. The hospital was renamed to 'Všeobecná veřejná nemocnice' in 1942. In the following years the hospital expanded until the current condition. Water quality and presence of Legionella is a world-wide issue, which we must fight against. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, theoretical part, which includes both general and specific knowledge about Legionella, its health risks, the environment in which it occurs, possibilities of eliminating, suitability of the material for hot water pipes, gained in professional literature and a part of the Czech legislation dealing with public health protection, the law 'No. 258/2004 Coll.' in actual version and quality of drinking water and hot water. In the second, empirical part, I focus on the situation of the hospital in Cesky Krumlov from 2009 till 2015, concerning newly built boiler room and the whole distribution system of hot water regarding Legionella. Particularly I focused on materials used for ecologisation of the gas boiler room and materials used for hot water pipes and actual state of water distribution in individual buildings of this health care facility. I mentioned the analysis of the water samples performed by an accredited laboratory with corresponding technical documentation, which concerns the water distribution system, provided by the medical facility. I used secondary data analysis to evaluate these documents. Regarding the results from 2009 to 2015 the microbiological quality of warm water doesn't meet the limits defined in the Attachment No. 3 of the above mentioned law Order 252/2004 Coll. Limit value for colony forming units of Legionella is set to maximum of 100 CFU. In most of the samples this limit was exceeded by series of units up to hundred thousands of units. The last results in 2015 prove improvement of the unfavorable situation. In that year the analysis was tested three times. First in February, where the CFU units were 'only' in hundreds, with the top value of 550 CFU in the Postacute Care ward. Second analysis was performed in June that same year. Results were acceptable. The highest value was 64 CFU. Last analysis in the hospital was performed in December. Increased concentration of Legionella was again in the Surgery building. There were established of 1400 colony forming units. There were 300 CFU in the Postacute Care ward and the limit value of 100 CFU was in the ward of Internal medicine. The answers to research questions 'How to prevent reproduction of Legionella peumophylis in the water distribution system of the hospital in Cesky Krumlov?' and 'How to ensure a sufficient amount of quality hot water in the medical facility?' are included at the end of the stated recommendations. A risk factor causing the fast reproduction of Legionella is the old water distribution system in most of the buildings and low water temperature of water leaving the boiler, which is 55°C. All mentioned results and evaluations are included in this thesis as well as attached pictures, which show the environment and situation within the Health Care Institutions.

KEEPING DISTANCE AND COMPLETE FUSION INTO A CHARACTER
Radová, Marie ; ŠIKTANCOVÁ, Jaroslava (advisor) ; MRKVIČKA, Ladislav (referee)
This thesis examines my method of portraying theatrical characters throught the main ideas and dramatic theories of Denis Diderot, Konstantin Sergeyevich Stanislavsky and Bertolt Brecht. I perceive the themes of blending with a character and keeping a distance from a character as a question of sense and sensibility in theater, i.e. a question of conscious acting as opposed to acting which stems from the subconscious. While constantly rehearsing new roles and searching for my theatrical self, I came across three mutually contradictory dramatic theories and began to feel a need to confront them. In this thesis, I compare Diderot's Paradox of Acting, Stanislavsky's Method and Brecht's approach to one another while commenting on them from the perspective of my own acting experience. I further elaborate on my acting experience in the chapter about Letovisko, my second graduation play at the Disk Theatre. It is in this chapter where I answer most of my questions related to my acting. Another acting experience described in this thesis is my work on two productions of Bertold Brecht's Drums in the Night. I compare a version me and my classmates rehearsed in our second semester and a different, altered version we created four years later
