Staš, Lubomír ; Souček, Kamil ; Nohejl, Zdeněk ; Kaláb, Tomáš ; Rutar, Tomáš
Text, including tables, graphs and images is a comprehensive annual report to the Treaty on the work of 823/24/10 data collection and evaluation of 4 pieces voltage probes, SP-47 in the gallery Josef at Mokrsko. It contains the results of the evaluation of the measurements of voltage changes in test wells in the immediate vicinity of the borehole stress - thermal sources in solid exploration adit SP-47 in Josef. All measurements were obtained using a strain gauge measuring the conical heads, specially manufactured and installed here for this purpose. Measurements are carried out within the project MPO-TIP FR-TI 3/325 - The importance of the thermal load of rocks - perspectives underground storage of thermal energy.

Strength analysis of cutting tools
Petrlíková, Helena ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This work is focused on the stress-strain analysis of a cutting tool. At the beginning, the study of available literature and scientific articles relating the topic is carried out. The solution of stresses and strains in whole real system has been carried out based on the computational simulation using the finite element method (FEM). The work contains a detailed description of the creation of the computational model. Model of geometry of the system has been created in the SolidWorks program. Computational simulation including the solution was implemented in the ANSYS Workbench program as well as in the classical environment of ANSYS 12.0. This work includes the presentation of results and subsequent stress-strain analysis of the cutting tool. Last part of this work deals with the modal analysis and harmonic analysis of cutting tools made in classical environment of ANSYS program.

Preparation of specific probes detecting prophages of serogroups A,B and F in lysogenic strains of Staphylococcus Aureus

On the basis of HindIII-restriction digest analysis of genomic DNAs, the S. aureus bacteriophages of the International Typing Set were divided into five clusters (A, F, Ba, Bb, and Bc). For each of the phage serogoups A, B, and F, common HindIII-restriction fragments of 3A, 53 and 77 phages were used for preparation of probes specific to the phages of all serogroups. These probes enable to detect up to three different prophages in a given lysogenic strain at the same time. Restriction enzyme maps of phages 3A, 53, and 77, each representing a different serogroup, were constructed.

Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball
Maciolková, Hana ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Buchtel, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball Objectives: The objective is to examine time characteristics, cardiac strain, movement pattern and the individua! volleyball skills in woman playing beach volleyball. The results will help aid athletes and coaches to improve individua} and team performance in the sport. Methods: Analyses of the thirteen game records were used to compile data for statistical time measurements, movement pattems and individua! volleyball skill. Through the use of sport testers, four individua} athletes in four separate toumaments had their heart rates recorded. These heart rates were further analyzed to collect the appropriate data for cardiac strain characteristics. Results: The average game time was 37 minutes with 5 - 9 seconds exercise loads and 15 seconds recovery time. Beach volleyball is high to middle level intensity game with mixed aerobic- anaerobic energy supply system in use. The average heart rate falls in the interval of 150 and 180. The jumping load is about 41 and more jumps counting serve jump, block and spike. The prevalent movement distance is within 4 meter range. The results also shows that the blocking player is under large physical stress while changing repeteadly position between defence on the net and in the field. Keywords: Beach...

Genetic variability of dung beetles on pastures.
VRBOVÁ, Kristýna
The aim of this thesis was a research of the genetic variability of 8 populations of the dung beetle Aphodius prodromus using allozyme markers. Following population-genetic analysis were used to determine genetic structure of these populations: estimates of heterozygosity, Wright´s F- statistics, estimates of gene flow, Mantel test, PCA, Nei´s genetic distance, testing of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and linkage disequilibrium. The results revealed low gene flow between populations, low number of heterozygotes and disequilibrium within and between populations. Cluster analyses showed, that populations from Tichá and Rychnov nad Malší-hřbitov are genetically most different from other populations.

three-sied tipping body of trailer
Peňáz, Jan ; Hladký, Bohumír (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with proposal three-side tipping body of tractor semi-trailer with maximum weight 23 tons. In beginning the thesis includes background research part and design of conception body inclusive back door. In the middle part thesis contains the strength calculations using the finite element method, shape optimization and check strength calculation. Strength checks consider especially deformation and strain analysis in different load angle states. The work is finished by analytical calculations included partial body of semi-trailer. Enclosed are graphic illustrations results in program ANSYS Workbench. Part of the thesis is also design documentation. Work is created in co-operation with company ZDT Ltd. Body is designed for universal for multipurpose versatile body carrier Mega 230.

Stress-strain analysis of lower limb prosthetic
Musilová, Kateřina ; Fuis, Vladimír (referee) ; Návrat, Tomáš (advisor)
This master thesis deals with lower-limb prosthesis. The aim of the first part of this work is stress-strain analysis of trans-tibial prosthesis, which is understand without prosthetic socket and the foam prosthetic feet. Analysis is made using finite element method in ANSYS Workbench 12.0 software. For the purpose of setting up the computational model it is necessary to make few partial models. Model of geometry of the prosthesis is made in SolidWorks 2009. Based on the outputs of stress-strain analysis and the results evaluation, the critical component is chosen and this one is evaluated according to limite state for fatigue. The algorithm of evaluation of named component in the state of high cycle fatigue is discussed in the second part of this thesis.

The role of imaging techniques in creation of computational models in biomechanics.
Prášilová, Eva ; Valášek, Jiří (referee) ; Marcián, Petr (advisor)
The first part of the bachelor´s thesis is dealt with the processing history of imaging techniques and their indications in a clinical practice. From point of view of the computer modeling, the computer tomography plays an important role in biomechanics. The second part of this treatment describes the scan processing of sections of two human mandible obtained from computer CT and micro-CT tomography. As a non-invasive way procedure can be characterized the image processing techniques, which analyze a bone density and BVF. The manual segmentation was applied in this analysis provided in ROI analysis software. There are shown the graphs of the bone densities of segments of two human mandibles depending on the specimen length and also there are compared the results of the measurements received from the CT and micro-CT tomography. Then follow the results illustrating the correlation of the relations and recalculations, which can be used as the determination tool of the mechanical properties of bone tissue. Finally there are described the computer models created in ANSYS focused on the different bone density analysis and stress strain analysis.
