(99)	The Path Home Hauser, Filip ; Lang, Dominik (referee) ; Ambrůz, Jan (advisor) The central idea of this project named “My way home” (the project’s name was inspired by Karel Václav Rais’s poem of the same name) is the work with the memory of a landscape. The project concerns a 700-metre-long area which is part of what used to be a road near Stráž nad Nežárkou. First of all, I try to return the road its original purpose. Also, I try to find out its historic foundation. Finally, I try to return the road its integrity. The road used to go from the village of Dvorce to the now cancelled Gabler’s mill (house number 98) in Stráž nad Nežárkou. Charles University in Praque, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Biological and Medical Science, Hradec Králové 2012, 56 p. Food allergy is one of the most spread allergic diseases. Oral allergic syndrome is the most common form of food allergy occurred at adult population which stems from a cross- reactivity between pollen allergens and food allergens of vegetable origin. Nowadays it is known as pollen-food syndrome. There has been laboratory tested 40 patients positive for sIgE by ISAC as a part of this thesis. Results were evaluated in relation to clinical manifestations reported in order to establish a positive relationship between the sIgE and probability of occurrence of clinical manifestation. The most frequent incidence of clinical symptoms have been founded after eating apple in patients with pollen allergy Bet v 1 and Aln g 1. This positive relationship between sIgE and clinical positive manifestations are very tight and in terms if diagnostic benefit. The probability of chance of clinical manifestation at patients who were eating hazelnuts and positive sIgE is 7% and at patients who were eating peaches is the probability of chance of clinical manifestation more than 50%.
