Hudeček, Martin ; PROKOP, Petr (advisor) ; KEJKRTOVÁ MĚŘIČKOVÁ, Eva (referee)
The thesis “Strategy for developing collaboration with strong individual donors” examines possibilities of successful collaboration of art projects and strong individual donors. An individual donor is a person with own needs and motives which drive his or her decisions and actions. Motivation is therefore the principal framework of this paper. In the first part, the author focuses on obtaining insight into the theory of motivation, which forms an essential basis for the activation of actions and decisions. The result is a typology which can be applied in the analysis of needs and motives of donors. A strategic management toolbox and strategic planning process enable active management of motivation. Another part of the thesis examines how strategic management and planning tools allow for studying the needs and addressing them in an effective manner. The author directs his attention mainly at the mission and vision of the organisation, strategic goals and the way of their achievement. The study of sources of theory and practice culminates with the postulation of hypotheses which the author proceeds to test in practice. The author analyses the motivation of donors for collaborating with art projects; readiness of these projects to negotiate with donors; and their capacity to deploy strategic management tools to successfully negotiate and develop the relationship. The work presents a set of case studies whose purpose is to describe the status quo and test how an agent, who combines knowledge of art projects and donors, influences the process of preparation and negotiation with donors.

GOŠOVÁ, Gabriela
The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the development of parenting skills of parents with visual impaired children. The thesis puts a target in presenting parenting skills of parents with visual impaired children and subsequently finds out real possibilities of development of parenting skills in educational consultancy devices in the capital of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into three blocks: theoretical, practical and the attachment. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. In the first one the visual handicap itself is described, its classification and the etiology of visual defects. The second part describes the visual impaired child, the effect of the impairment on the personality and the characteristics of visual impaired child evolution. The third part is dedicated to family with visual impaired child. The chapter occupies with the deal of the birth of the visual impaired child, specifics of the upbringing in the family, the state support of the families and it is also concerned with possibilities of education of child, schoolchild and students with visual impairment. The last chapter of this thesis describes the parenting skills of parents with visual impaired child and the possibilities of their development. The practical part is processed through a qualitative method. To collect the data there was used the technique of an interview. The employees of the educational consultancy devices and the parents of visual impaired children took part in the interviews. The research terrain was formed by specialist's offices and client´s households. The results of practical part pointed out the problem in a system of consultancy where the main problem is the amount of educational consultancy devices and their workers. The results also show that the importance of parenting skills is not the priority for the specialists and, finally, that the supply of services in some spheres is incompatible with the real parents needs. The bachelor´s thesis may be used as a study material for students of the pedagogical branches as well for pedagogical public. These are parents of visual impaired children which the thesis is primarily used for. The conclusions of the practical part may be used as a feedback for institutions for potencional innovations in the researched fields.

Didactic Aid according to Montessori Pedagogy as the Instrument for Space Orientation Development of Preschool Child with Disability.
MILICHOVSKÁ, Lenka
This bachelor´s thesis focuses on creating a teaching aid according to Montessori principles of education, an aid which serves as a tool for development of spatial orientation of pre-school children with disabilities. The theoretical part is divided into six chapters. The first chapter centres on disabled individuals. The second chapter describes the specifics of pre-school children´s development and presents a comparison with developmental characteristics of a child with cerebral palsy, and in the third chapter, child with developmental dysphasia. The other three chapters that follow deal with Montessori education; the first of these describes the main Montessori principles, the second elaborates on the theoretical basis of Montessori material and the final chapter engages itself with pre-school facilities and home environment based on Montessori principles. The principal aim of this thesis is to create a teaching aid in line with Montessori methods for a pre-school child with disability with the focus on spatial orientation. The first sub-goal was to observe the child while working with the original Montessori material. The second sub-goal targeted the production of a teaching aid for development of spatial orientation according to Montessori education. Furthermore, this aid was used for training the disabled child in order to teach it how to work with such an aid, which constituted the third sub-goal. The fourth sub-goal was a demonstration of the child´s work with the aid in the presence of legal representatives for work with this aid in a home environment. The fifth, and final, sub-goal, was to implement the aid in a home environment. Based on these defined objectives, research issues were established. In order to fulfill all the goals, a qualitative method of research was chosen. To get hold of necessary data for creating the teaching aid, a technique of observation of disabled children was used, as well as an analysis of personal documentation. Moreover, data were collected with the assistance of semi-standardised interview with educators and legal representatives of the disabled children. The research was conducted in the period between January and the end of March 2016. The research group included three disabled children frequenting Family Centre Pomněnka in České Budějovice, their legal representatives and educators of the centre. The outcome of this work is a teaching aid, hand-made according to Montessori education with a focus on spatial orientation. The aid was created in two modifications and was further adjusted on the basis of individual needs of each disabled child chosen. Upon the observation of disabled children in the Montessori centre and analysis of record keeping sheets, it was found that the created teaching aid develops orientation on a work surface in both vertical and horizontal plane, basic concepts of orientation on the work surface (concepts such as up - down, first - middle - last, on the right - on the left, up and right/left, down and right/left), accuracy and ability to compare forms (letters) with each other. This hand-made tool was tested in both educational and home environment. The research shows that both these environments stimulate the children, leading them to act systematically and independently. The aid was used in compliance with the basic "requirements" of Montessori pedagogy and its attributes for work with the aid, with emphasis on the well-prepared environment (quiet, suitable time, personal space,...) and systematic nature of the work with the aid. A teaching aid enables, according to Montessori education, to allow for individual needs of any child with special educational needs and can be utilized in both educational and home environment.

Supervision as a tool for development of students - future social workers
ŠABARTOVÁ, Alžběta
The main instrument of improving the social work education in the Czech Republic is the guideline The Minimum Standards of Education in Social Work issued by the Association of Educators in Social Work. According to this Standard, a student of social work, as a future social worker, shall have not only theoretical, but also practical knowledge which include professional practical training and supervision. It is also essential to become aware of the fact that a student, as a future social worker, will bear the responsibility when helping people in difficulties. Therefore, the school should ensure that any information a student receives during his/her study, is supplied to him/her in a seizable form. That is why it is important that the school provides its students with a supervision which is to improve the quality of their professional preparation, offer them insight in social worker profession and help them solve not only any divergences a student can see between theory and practice. The aim of the Dissertation is to seek higher-education supervisors´ and students´ views of the supervision implemented as a part of future social workers´ studies. Two research questions have been raised within the Dissertation. How do the students future social workers perceive the supervision which is implemented as a part of studies? What do supervisors consider as the purpose of supervision (which is realised as a part of studies) for students future social workers? The necessary information for the elaboration of the Dissertation were acquired through qualitative research. Interviewing and a semi-structured dialogue technique were chosen as the most suitable data collection method. Two research groups were chosen for the needs of the Dissertation. The first group consists of highest-class students in the field of social work at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences and Faculty of Theology at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The other research group consists of supervisors operating at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences and Faculty of Theology at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The research showed that students perceive supervision as useful and purposeful. Students appreciate the possibility of exchanging their experience. Differences appeared regarding the duration of the supervision session. Students mostly do not know what to talk about during supervision. Greater part of the students has not a problem to confide to a supervisor, but shortcomings were also found in this respect. Regarding the supervisors of professional practical training, in their opinion, the purpose of supervision is especially to educate students, improve students' knowledge, interconnect the theory and the practice, support students in the course of their professional practical training and give students the opportunity to reflect their own practical experience. There was also raised an idea to establish supervision directly in workplaces, where students exercise their professional practical training. The Dissertation may serve as a feedback for supervisors and as an educational material for students. It can also be used to obtain a more comprehensive picture of functioning of school supervisions of professional practical training that takes place in universities.

In the research part is set the main objective: "To characterize the reflection of social work students within the linking theory and professional practice." Author also sets two partial objectives: "To determine the nature of reflection of social work students in relation to the length of study." And: "To identify the extent of students' use of reflection during their professional practice." To fulfill the objectives method of qualitative research technique with half standardized interview was chosen. The interview had structure of broadly worded questions that pointed to the knowledge of the problem. The research group consists of students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies who completed Bachelor and subsequent Master study in the discipline of Rehabilitation ? psychosocial care for handicapped children, adults and seniors. The character of reflection in relation to length of study and level of use of reflection is defined in the proposed hypotheses. The gained finding can be used to improve students' self-reflection and the development of social work professional practice.
