The aim of this bachelor thesis is the possibility of expanding services (offers) in a selected family farm (Petra Peterková stable). The work is divided into 3 main parts: theoretical part, practical part, and appendices. The theoretical part includes several chapters, see content. The first chapter contains mainly basic concepts and information related to business and an explanation of the form of trade business. The next chapter deals with the area of brand marketing, directly brand and personal brand with their specifications. The next chapter includes an analysis of the company, which is divided into internal and external environment. The fourth chapter contains an explanation and creation of a marketing plan, with which the following fifth chap-ter is closely connected with the financial plan. Finally, the chapter is set aside sepa-rately for basic information to the equestrian industry or business in the field of equestrianism. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is similarly divided into sev-eral chapters, while the first and second chapters deal with the description of the cur-rent state of the stable through the introduction of the company to financial security of the company and analysis of existing services, which passes into analysis and evaluation. The third chapter focuses on the issues and existing criteria in the field of competi-tion on the border of the districts of Tábor and Jindřichův Hradec. The fourth with the fifth chapter focuses on the possibility of future development and expansion of the existing stable in the field of services, new premises, or the creation of a hypo-trail for clients. The appendix contains an important questionnaire survey (the first in the field of equestrianism, the second in the field of hippodromes) and an interview with Mgr. Cimbůrek - the mayor of the village of Bořetín.

FINANCIAL SUBSIDIES IN AGRICULTURE AFTER EU ENTRANCE

The thesis handles the topic ``Financial subsidies in the agriculture after the entrance into EU{\crqq}. It focuses on the subsidies and their analysis in the company ``A{\crqq} in years 2003 {--} 2006. The theoretical part describes what the subsidies are, their types, system, alternations and the institutions which ensure them. The practical part is composed as a financial analysis. Two situations were compared. The first situation describes the company{\crq}s economy without subsidies and the second describes the company{\crq}s economy with the subsidies. In the next part the structure of costs on chosen growths was summed up.

FINANCIAL SUBSIDIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY

This thesis is focused on evaluation of the disposal of financial subsidies in the agricultural company in the South-Czech region in years 2003 {--}2007. The company is noted as ``A{\crqq}. The theoretic part defines investments and their financing. There are mentioned methods of investment efficiency evaluation in this part and further appraisal of investment from the point of view of requirement, range and effect. The practical part includes characteristic of the chosen agricultural company and evaluation of impact of received subsidies.

Supports from European Union in the sphere of agriculture and their application to select agricultural company

The title of this thesis is "Supports from EU in the sphere of agriculture and their application to select agricultural company". It focuses on analysis of subsidies in the farming business "Společnost, s. r. o.". The European union provides several subsidies for agricultural companies in the Czech Republic. All these subsidies are intent on saving the nature. The agricultural companies must fulfil some special conditions of the European union. At present Společnost, s. r. o. enjoys some supports from European union and from national financial resources such as: Single area payment scheme(SAPS), Top-Up, Agroenvironmental measure, Less Favoured Areas and some special national subsidies. As a result of this thesis is a proposition of taking advantage of "Program rozvoje venkova" and creation of the project for Společnost, s. r. o.
