A Price Map of Vacation Property Sales in the Eagle Mountains and its Use

The master's thesis is divided into two parts. The term „property“ and also terms dealing with segment of the vacation properties are defined in the theoretical part. Then there are defined different types of prices and valuation. This part also deals with the fact, that affect the selling price. Price maps and their importace at present are discussed in the last chapter. The practical part deals with procedure of creation of the price map, whose byproduct is creation a form for the estimation of the usual price. The region is defined here, including charakteristics of individual location, followed by a description of the property market in the region and analysis of the data base for creating price maps. The price map in text and graphic vision and the form are output. Estimation of the selling price of the property is generated after filling the form. The applicability of the form is verified by determination of the selling price of farm house in Slatina nad Zdobnicí. This property is also being valued according to price regulation in parallel. The practical part is completed by comparing of both achieved prices.

Agricultural building rebuild/reconstruction

In my bachelor thesis I want the reader to be introduced with the building renovation with its possibility of use. Familiarization with the environment and the reason for the choice of location, in which the building is located. To start the reconstruction, local investigation had preceded, in which I walked around the neighbours. I found out the history of the farmhouse and adjacent land owners. I contacted the building authority, whether it is my intention, in accordance with the zoning plan. After the local investigation continues survey of the building, whose execution I obtained the necessary information about the technical state of construction and design elements. I proceeded from the foundations, floors, walls, ceiling construction over the roof. The building survey was the basis for solving various reconstruction methods. The old barn is transformed into a boxing stables with horses. From the repaired building may come into history interesting farm with accommodation, in order to relax from urban settlements, knowledge of country and nature.

THE RURAL ARCHITECTURE NOWADAYS

My diploma work purpose is to frame and describe the development of some monuments of rural architecture in region {\clqq}Podšumaví``. In the first chapter I briefly open the main topic of the work. More detailed description of typical features of rural buildings is presented in next part, concentrated on specific area - the South Bohemia. In this range I aimed the focus especially on mikroregion {\clqq}Volyňsko`` and {\clqq}Vlachobřezsko``. Jakub Bursa, the bricklayer´s master, worked in this area in the second third of the 19th century and influenced on the final figure of local architecture. The principles of the bricklayer´s guild {--} J. Bursa was a member of it {--} are mentioned in the third chapter. Tha last and main part of this diploma work is presented by the state protected collection of rural architecture in the village {\clqq}Zechovice``. In this place we can understand the development of particular buildings in various moments of its history up to now (it depends on the fact, if the period documents are reachable). I also think about the possible, but not proved authorship of J. Bursa´s work in the case of some mentioned buildings. At the end of this part I remind the consequences of the state protection of buildings in the village.
