The Study of Implementation of Innovated Products in Production Process

This student thesis deals with a problem of manufacturing and competition ability of the joint stock company ZVVZ in the range of its manufacturing program - radial fans. The thesis compares the present and the innovated type of small radial fans from the view of manufacturing technology and manufacturing costs. The study comes out the technological documentation and demand forecast of future market. Finally the thesis summaries conditions which are necessary for the successful entrance of the innovated type of radial fans into the manufacturing process.

A design of punching tool

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a special punching tool for a bending machine. The aim is to design a punching tool which, thanks to its compatibility with an existing bending machine, would allow punching and bending of square tubes in one profile clamping, thus streamlining the entire production compared to the existing production process.

Rationalization of production casing

The thesis deals with the reorganization of production injection pump casing, when the existing production solution, using cutting lines, did not meet the requirements for flexible manufacturing. There are handled points leading to the replacement of the line of machining centres after a brief introduction of the company. Among the main points of thesis are the design of operations, choice of tools and cutting conditions, proposal clamping device and technology, techno-economic evaluation of the newly introduced production.
