Data collection was performed in May 2019 three consecutive days on each ward, where drugs were administrated by nurse. Direct observation was done in morning, noon and evening drug administrations. Obtained data were recorded into prepared form and were compared with physician's medication order on the patient's record. Introducing Clinical Supervision into Health Care Organization: The Supervisees' Point of View. Case Study

Clinical supervision as a discipline supporting the quality of work in the field of helping professions has lately been introduced in healthcare services. In this context its implementation is being met with specific obstacles coming from both management and the workers tending to the clients or patients. This thesis is focused on the view of nurses working in residential facility tending primarily to children under the age of three. It contains a case study which first assesses the situation prior to starting the supervision process, mainly some aspects of organizational culture and the risks of burnout syndrome, which may reveal both possible obstacles and favourable circumstances during the implementation process. Following is a course description of the supervision meetings lasting throughout one year and the thesis is capped off by another partial research of the situation in this organization after said year focused primarily on the changes and reception of clinical supervision by its participants. Although certain foreseen obstacles such as shift work and hierarchical management have been confirmed, supervision was acknowledged for it's beneficial effect by the nurses. Burnout syndrome among selected workers in helping professions from the ranks of members of the armed forces, workers in health and education

This bachelor thesis with the topic "The Burnout syndrome among selected workers in helping professions from the ranks of members of the armed forces, workers in health and education" is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned especially with the characteristics of the concept of burnout, its symptoms, manifestations and possibilities of preventing it. There is also an outline of the various helping professions that are included in the research. The latter part focuses on examination of the burnout syndrome among selected workers by the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The research focused on several issues. Subject to examination were next to the subjective feelings of the workers and their awareness of the issue, also direct experiences with the syndrome and its prevention. The survey results showed that subjectively the most satisfied group in the current occupation are educators. The least satisfied are the nurses. I also found out that 97 % of respondents were not satisfied with the financial and social evaluation. The results also show that 44 % of the interviewed is satisfied with the working environment. The incidence of burnout syndrome in nurses in selected hospital wards.

This diploma thesis deals with the occurrence of the syndrome of burnout in nurses. The main objectives of this work is to determine the incidence of burnout among nurses in selected hospital wards and selected hospitals. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described the profession of nurses, burnout and the possibilities of its prevention. In the practical part I describe the goals, objectives, hypotheses and methodology of my work. Research investigation, implement it through a standardized questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inverters, which is designed for the monitoring of the burnout syndrome in the exposed occupations in the hospital in České Budějovice, Písek and Strakonice. The data obtained evaluating the statistical method of chi square test, which I will verify pre-established hypotheses of work. The obtained results are evaluated and interpreted.

This bachelor thesis deals with nurses' information behaviour working in the Institue for Clinical and Experimental Medicine at the Clinic for Anesthetics and Intensive Care. It focuses on why and how the nurses look for information related to their field and how they work with the information afterwards. It briefly outlines the characteristics of the institute and it gives a description of nursing and the nurses' job. Then, it points out nurses' motivation to find information and their orientation in information sources. The research was realised in the form of qualitative structured interviews with the nurses. The conclusion of this thesis is dedicated to the summary of the found information, it answers the defined research questions and evaluates the information provision in practice.
