Low-rise apartment building
Hanáčková, Monika ; Skřeková, Tereza (referee) ; Rusinová, Marie (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of a low-rise apartment building in Malenovice near Zlín. The apartment building is situated in a buildable area. It is an apartment building with five storeys and an elevator, composed of one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The foundations of the apartment building are made of plain concrete belts. In the basement there is a technical background of the building, a bicycle shed, a cleaning room and storage cubicles for individual apartments. On the upper floors, there are two residential units on each floor, so there are a total of eight residential units in the building. Most of units have a terrace or a balcony. On the first floor, there is also a carriage house near the lift. The load-bearing perimeter masonry in the basement consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork. In the above-ground part of the building is the supporting structure made from ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made from reinforced concrete prestressed ceiling panels. A single-skin vegetation flat roof structure is designed for the roofing of the building. The building envelope is insulated with a certified contact insulation system ETICS.
