Using of mobile robots in the garden

This thesis is focusing on robots and their use in household, especially in outside garden. Goal of thesis is indicate what term robotics means at first, whats hiding behind this word and determine current problems of robotics in Czech republic as well as abroad and outline what meaning this branch has. Further in this thesis I will describe service robotics in great detail, where the category of garden helpers belongs. Then the ways of using of robotic lawn mowers will be described. In the last part I've concentrated on adventages and disandventages for users, eventually on some problems that may occur. In this part I've also mentioned the selling prices of chosen lawn mowers.

Degradace motorového oleje v zahradní technice

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of engine oils degradation in a garden machinery. In the theoretical part, there is a description of the basic functions and properties of engine oils, their production, composition and also used standard classifications. The practical part is devoted to evaluation of the degradation of five selected engine oils. There are described the oils, the selected garden machinery (five machines with a four-stroke spark-ignition engine) and also the sampling methodology and measuring devices. Two samples of oil were taken from each machine – a partially used and a used engine oil, which were compared with a new oil of the same specification and designation. For all samples, their dynamic viscosity (at 40 °C), density and amount of selected metal wear particles were measured. In the final chapter, the measured parameters are processed into a tables and graphs, and the results are discussed.

When selecting garden machinery, important criteria must be taken into account. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of requirements and expectations of the customers related to the selection of mowers. The thesis moreover analyzes customers preferences for equipment, focus and usage intensity of mowers. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on introducing the basic types of garden technology, trends in development and recommendations for selection of mowers. The results of the research, processed in the form of graphs with comments, are presented in the second part. The basic results include information about customer preferences in decisions before they make a urchase, user preferences in sales, what mowers customers really prefer, which manufacturers are most popular, where the customers usually buy them, or what are the most important opinions of sellers.

The bachelor thesis deals with the mechanization tools used in professional gardening companies. The introduction deals with the distribution of public greenery and mechanization required for these operations. The mechanization is further divided based on the operations which are carried out, well-arranged into tables. The work deals with the analysis of professional companies mechanization. The trends in gardening equipment are intended.
