The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of documents and project documentation in the scope of PCB for an apartment building with a cafe with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building will be located in the town of Slavkov u Brna, in the Zelnice II district. The project will address the layout of the apartment building, individual apartments and storage space for these apartments. Furthermore, the design of the foundation structure and ceiling structure of individual floors and the calculation of the staircase of individual floors will be processed. The design will also include a flat roof solution, structural composition and fire safety solutions.

Rezervační systém pro ubytování

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of an online reservation system for accommodation. The aim of the thesis is to support tourism in a particular area by creating a reservation system that would unite accommodation in the area and provide the user interface to instantly display free rooms within all available accommodation. This would prevent the user from contacting the individual accommodation in advance with a reservation request for a free term. To create a reservation system proposal, an anal-ysis of existing reservation systems, analysis of customers and community environment had to be carried out. Based on these analyses, site functionality, data distribution in the database and technology for the system development were subsequently proposed. The system was exposed to the Laravel PHP framework, allowing for faster application development and providing basic security measures. The initial appearance of the site was implemented through the CSS framework Bootstrap, so it is easy to edit for potential site users. Finally, the site has been tested by potential users and modifications were made based on their feedback.

The thesis explores the market of hair care, finds the development in last years and identifies factors which affect consumers during shopping for hair care products. There are used techniques of marketing research like questionnaire and cluster analysis. The output of the thesis is to determine the factors influencing consumer behaviour, characteristics of segments and marketing recommendations for the market of hair care.

The bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees in cycling shop and its differences during the calendar year. The data were determined by means of a quantitative survey, which took the form of an online questionnaire and a qualita-tive survey conducted through in-depth interviews with selected respondents. Subsequently, a proposal which will be applied in practice in order to increase motivation and thus increase sales.

The theoretical part defines the concept of contract cheating and specifies the most important findings of this topic. Application guide users based on their location and sound records, that describing places, monuments and attractions near them. The theoretical part of thesis describes options of development, methodology and comparison of competing applications. The practical part describes design and implementation of application, that serves as voice guide. The main goal of bache-lor thesis is design and development of mobile application and point on tools and procedures, that can be used to achieve this objective. The secondary goals of the thesis are deepening knowledge in the field of application development for An-droid platform, working with GPS module and media playing. Functionality of the application is verified on the test data that have been created in the area of Mendel University.
