The renovation of historical parks near the small feudal residences on the example of the study of the renovation of the castle garden in Doudleby nad Orlici in Eastern Bohemia.

This diploma thesis deals with apprehension of quality and vitality of the chateau park and facilitation to use it safely from public. Facts are treated according to principles of the renewal of the park, works are deal with regards to practical aspects of care of historical monuments in relation to the parks and according to extant historical materials. The created solution provides renovation of typical through view to the castle and town. On the based of realized facts ít's possible to carry out these arrangements, which will lead to the innovation of the state of health and innovation of vitality current perspective trees and new outplanting of timber species, which are consistent with the original composition with forcefully to revitalization and increase the historical value of the building. There will be the treatment of the trees and additional planting in the park within the frame of revitalization of the chateau park.

Thematic map of castle park in Buchlovice

The bachelor thesis deals with the thematical map of the castle´s park located in Buchlovice. The whole production process of the map is described in 1:500 scale of the 3rd accurency rating class (ČSN 01 3410). The main theoretical principles are explained as well. The final elaborate will be used for a reconstruction and an alteration of the park.

Současný stav a potenciál zámeckého parku v Tovačově

This bachelor's thesis deals with current situation of castle park Tovačov and its potential. History and possesion were described. The park was divided into utilized and idle part and both parts were desribed individual. Dendrological exploration was worked out and dendrological potential of the park was evaluated. Condition of herbaceous components and technical components was evaluated. Site maintenance and way of utilization were described. In utilized part was suggested plan of care measure. The park was completely evaluated and its potential of applicability was defined.

Creation of thematic map of Castle park Židlochovice

My bachelor thesis engages in making a thematic map of a park adjacent to Castle Židlochovice. It is supposed to be used for dendrological studies or other activites connected with wood care. The owner of the castle park is the Czech republic. The right of farming belongs to Lesní závod Židlochovice managed by Lesy České republiky a.s. This thematic map contains planimetry, altimetry and map lettering. The planimetric part is focused on detailed definition of wood species. The achieved exactness was tested by three control sections. The final thematic map is made in scale 1:5000 in the 3rd accuracy rating according to ČSN 01 3410.

Historický vývoj vybraných vegetačních prvků v zámeckém parku ve Frýdku-Místku

In the thesis was examined historical development of vegetation elements in the chateau park in Frýdek-Místek. Archival documents were studied and antique photography and maps were used to depict changes made in the chateau park. Also legwork was realized so the historical view could be compared to the look today. For purposes of the thesis the park was divided into five sections: front parter, upper park, orchard, undercastle park and lower park. It was found that in the 19th undercastle park wasn't a mantained area; it consisted just of deciduous vegetation-covered banks of a stream. Another ascertainment was made - area of the park has stayed the same during its existence. There was not any long term stay of nobility in the chateau therefore the park has not gained any inter-region importance. Its importance is only local because of its area and form.

The importance of castle park Kratochvíle for tourism

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the touristic utilization of a park situated at the Kratochvíle Castle. The main aim is to assess the attractiveness of that chosen object. Via the questionnaire survey there was made an assessment of the structure of current visitors, their motivation for a visit, and what they usually search for, what they find attractive, what leisure time activities they usually carry out on their holidays. The result was the identification of suggestions on the optimization of the use of the Kratochvíle Castle Park.

The importance of castle park Český Krumlov for tourism

The main goals are to assess the attractiveness, motivation of visitors, assessment of the structure of current visitors of this place. The result was the identification of suggestions on the optimization of the use of the Česku Krumlov Castle Park.

Dendrological survey of the parks Nové Hrady and Terčino údolí (distr. České Budějovice)

The bachelor thesis is focused on history and present state park in Nové Hrady and ?Tereziino údolí? park. The main aims are compare to literature data about woody plants in both parks with the current state, with those really present and to outline the possibilities of further development (management, outplanting etc.) for both parks. Field survey revealed decrease of a number of growing woody species mainly in ?Tereziino údolí? region. On the other hand, new findings of non-native naturalized taxa were found there.
