Usage of the Spa Internet Marketing

The theme I have chosen for my diploma thesis is named "Usage of the Spa Internet Marketing``. It is focused on the Spa in Hodonín and the results of the marketing research which assignes the great importance to the internet during the process of information and the point-to-point communication with customers. Hodonín Spa is young and modern facilities located in the South Moravia, whose sole owner has been the city of Hodonín since 1993. The Equipment is used to treat the musculoskeletal system, relaxation, and also offers reconditioning wellness stays. The aim of this study is evaluate the current use of the Internet Marketing Spa, its coverage and propose ways to improve in this area. The operational objective is to determine customer satisfaction - self-payers - the internet presentation of the Spa, their attitudes and opinions of the other tools of Internet communication. The basic terms and the Internet Marketing methods are defined in the theorethic section of the diploma. These findings became the basis for a personal interview with a marketing specialist and to define and evaluate the tools of communication of the Spa. The lists of questions were the way used to collect the primary facts about the customer´s satisfaction and their attitude to the www presentation. Consider the finance, personal, technical and other possibillities the Hodonín Spa´s internet activities fulfil the function very well even in the confrontation with other similar facilities. The research results and the Facebook realized advertising campaign on my own found out the improvement ways and the new suggestions of a ppc advertising, an emailing, a sales promotion and social networks. The improvement of effectivity communication with clients was the goal of these suggestions. The Spa´s internet activity is necessary at the present competition time. The Marketing department should adequately reacts on this situation to improve the customer relations.

The main aim of this diploma work is to create the official web presentation with the site content editing options by the administrator himself with a help of administrator section. So the work will be divided into two parts. Those two parts will be preceding a database design structure. 1) first part This part concentrates on the creation of web sites which will be used by a common web visitor. That means to form quality design that plays the main role in today{\crq}s web site visiting. This design will be cut to pieces and gradually put together to HTLM image by XHTML 1.0 Strict standard - with the use of formatting styles CSS 2.1, naturally. All this part will be using PHP and MySQL technology, whereas the sites contain will be downloaded from the database. 2) second part The aim of the second part is to create the web sites again. Those sites will be, however, accessible only to the administrator. This section will allow to the administrator edit, erase and add sites contain. Once again with PHP and MySQL.

Single aplication these websites is divided to two parts, in light of function and technical processing, so using for company.The first part of this application the website are single websites of company as the case may be web prezentation company.This part serves for all users and potencional customers such as i informational, includes propose offer services, all necessity about services,all needed informations about services, kontkat informations on company, the company bill services and products, reference and many others data which are relative to company. Second part company aplication, which iam interesting in my bachelor thesis is so called extranet-centrum for customers. This part serves only for customers this company MOLBUD s.r.o, who are in database and has been using company services. This customer centre is to serve both customers and employees, so for workers MOLBUD s.r.o. company.His primary function is make easy and secure communication between company and customer.Customer has the chance in the centre for customer, remake his invoicing and many others datas, change the passwords and settings his services, choose style invoicing beetwen him and company MOLBUD s.r.o, next extrant is also place where customer can take secure tax papers for the services of MOLBUD s.r.o.Extranet also contains even secure contact formulary, which which enables absolutely safe communication beetwen him and the company.
