Ondráčková, Anna ; Vlach, František (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to develop a design of a low-energy detached house. The project documentation consists of architectural and structural design for building permission, design of building services including the building’s energy performance certificate. The house is located on a flat plot in village Otmarov near Brno. The house is connected to the water supply system, sewage system and electricity grid. The foundations are made of plain concrete strips. The load-bearing perimeter structure of two-story part of the building are made of ceramic blocks with ETICS, while the perimeter walls of the single-story part are made of ceramic blocks filled with mineral wool and insulated with mineral wool in combination with ventilated facade with wooden cladding. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as semi-assembled ceiling structure. The two-story part has a gable roof, the roof structure is designed from wooden truss system. The single-story part has a flat roof. A detached storage creates a car shelter next to the house made of steel structure. As part of the section focused on the design of building services, a detailed design of heating system and conceptual design of air conditioning, internal plumbing, sewage, and rainwater management were prepared. The heating of the building will be provided through floor heating system. The main heating source is designed as a monoblock air-to-water heat pump. The ventilation system is designed to provide a constant background ventilation rate of 400 m3/h, which will be ensured by a heat recovery unit.
