Master's thesis "Office building" is developed in the form of project documentation containing requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located in Brno, in Židenice district. It's a three story building with flatroof and no basement. On the ground floor there are cafe, reception, technical facilities, offices and meeting rooms. Another offices and meeteng rooms are proposed in the second and the third floor.

On the first floor is accessory apartments: bicycle, pram room, cleaning room, together wc, together workroom, technical room and cellar rooms. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of kinderschule in the city Bucovice. The house is as a detached house in a newly-built area. The object is double-storeyed and without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. On the first floor there is one nursery department for eighteen children and technical facilities, on the second floor there is also one nursery department for eighteen children, a multipurpose hall and the head office. The house is build from brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

Two-storey family house without basement, with double garage and green roof. Walling systems POROTHERM and BEST - ZTRACENÉ BEDNĚNÍ are used for walls. System POROTHERM strop is used for ceiling construction. Facades with wooden facing or brick veneer wall are ventilated.

On the first floor there is a technical background and common areas. 2nd to 4th floor is used for housing and there are nine residential units in total. The house is build from brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof and saddle roof with truss girders. The house has three floors with terrace. On the second and third floor is 14 guest rooms with social rooms. On the first floor is: pram room, bicycle/ski room, reception, utility rooms, wellness, restaurant, kitchen. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling constructions are from prestressed panels. The house is designed on sloping terrain from south to north.

Leisure time centre with accomodation

New-building of leisure center. The building contains two stories, without basement. Structural system of building is created by Porotherm and supplemented by reinforced concrete columns. There are large entrance hall, canteen, lecture and exercise rooms in the ground level. Accommodation rooms, private apartment, laundry room and building manager’s apartment are situated in the second level of building. Roofing of the two-storey building is created by arched truss. The single-storey building is roofed by green roof.

Diploma thesis, that cover project documentation of building part of the new build museum of motosport. The object include two above grand floors without basement. Ground plan consist of four mutually adjacent rectangles. On the first floor is an exhibicion space of the museum. Second floor provides space for the administrative part of museum. Apartment building in Prostějov

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design an apartment building in Prostějov. Building plot is situated at south edge of Prostějov near the historic center. House plan is simple, rectangular. The building has a wall construction system composed of ceramic bricks and ceiling made from prefabricated ceramic panels. The roof is designed as a flat warm roof. The building is divided in to four levels above ground. Levels are connected by two flights staircase with landing and by an elevator. Five separate garages, cellars, utility room and bike/baby carriage room are situated at the first floor. Other levels contain of eight apartments of different layouts.
