This Diploma thesis deals with design of sanitary instalation and gas instalation in high school. It is high school with four floor and a basement. The teoretical part is focused on water supply from own source. The Computational part and project includes a porposal of sanitary and storm sewer, water supply system, pipeline and their connection to current pipes.

The Design of Hotel Foundations

The bachelor thesis discusses the possible ways of surface and underground establishing the basics of structures and buildings in his first part. In the second, practical part is being resolved a safe and economical foundation of a multi-functional building (a hotel) in Brno - Pisárky within the given geological conditions . Even though the proposed variants are calculated without the use of computational software, software PLAXIS is used to compare the results. The conclusion contains the comparison and evaluation of the results of both approaches.

The Design of Object Foundation

The aim of this work is to introduce the foundation of buildings and to make a closer approach to the issue of deep foundation, which is needed to replace the shallow foundation. The reason is a small carrying capacity or too big compressibility of foundation soil. The main point of this work is practical solution of concrete deep foundation and comparing results from a calculation program GEO 5 with results which we get without using the calculation program.

The study of water quality in springs and wells in Křivoklátsko area.

At present, the nature around us is constantly being polluted by anthropogenic activities; therefore the quality of all components of the environment, including water must be monitored. This thesis examines mainly the water quality in selected springs and wells in the Protected Landscape Area of Křivoklátsko. For individual wells is shown in what environment they are and even some history. Several locations were tipped off where water sampling was carried out, and in the laboratory the basic physico-chemical parameters were defined. In conclusion of this thesis, are the individual wells and springs included in water quality classes according to CSN 75 7221. It is shown that monitored parameters have exceeded limits and whether the water in a well and spring is drinking or not.

Control Of Laboratory Processes Using Modern Methods Of Image Processin

The thesis deals with the image processing and detection of specific objects in the image. The main objective of this work is to implement a algoritm for the control of pipetting processes based on images from the camera. In this thesis is used for image processing an open source computer vision library OpenCV and for pipette detection is used convolutional neural network. The proposed solution is still in development process. The following article describes the issue and the results of the thesis solution.
