Copyright aspects of webpages protection of computer programmes and its present statutory provisions governed by Act number 121/2000 Sb., of the copyright and rights related to copyright (Copyright Act), and its extension and application on one of the fastest developing area of law, such as websites and web presentations. Another important objective of this thesis is the critical analysis and application of the most recent judgements of Czech and foreign courts and also judgements of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the area of computer programmes and internet law itself. First chapter deals with the history and development of the copyright with particular focus on protection of computer programmes, databases and legal aspects of behaviour on the internet, respectively World Wide Web. Second chapter is focused on definition of terms which are defined to be used in the following chapters in purpose of application of provisions of the Copyright Act. Chapter also provides detailed description of functioning of web presentations and description of its unique parts which create the web presentation itself. Analyze and new design of existing website of a chosen company

The aim of this master`s thesis is to analyze an existing website of a chosen company by testing user`s usability, examining Google Analytics data, conducting SEO analysis and analysing user behaviour according to heat maps. The theoretical part describes the positi-on of the website in a modern marketing, characterizes and compares main web designs, summarizes best-practices for web site development, methods of web analysis and methods for analyzing user behaviour. The practical part uses the knowledge presented in the theo-retical part and applies it in the analysis on the current website of the chosen company. The secondary aim is to define recommendations for creating new pages based on the results of analyses and best-practices of web design from the theoretical part.

V teoretické části popisuji prvky webových prezentací z pohledu zákazníka, marketingový mix v podmínkách internetu a možnosti certifikace internetových obchodů. V praktické části jsou popsány internetové obchody - nespecializované, prodávající široký sortiment potravin a internetové obchody specializované, zaměřené na určitý druh zboží. Dále kamenné obchody umožňující nákup na internetu a internetové obchody s potravinami v zahraničí. Práce obsahuje srovnání webových prezentací nespecializovaných internetových obchodů a srovnání různých možností nákupu podle času a ceny.
