Technologické postupy vrtání ve strojírenské praxi

The Bachelor thesis deals with the technological practices of drilling methods used for circular holes production in the field of mechanical engineering. The main emphasis is to describe the processes of drilling, boring and subsequently the division of the drilling processes in the terms of engineering technology. The partial intention of this work is to describe the cutting tools, cutting and boring conditions and achieved surface roughness accuracies for commonly used materials in the engineering practice. An another important part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the machining equipment, its classification and deals with the circular holes production techniques. The conclusion of this bachelor's thesis is focusing on the description of the cutting environment and its influence on the machining process, especially the requirements on cutting fluids and the classification of cutting fluids.
