Experimental Verification of Optimal Shape of Beam
Uríček, Matúš ; Keršner, Zbyněk (referee) ; Frantík, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with design of beams of optimized shapes, which are than manufactured by 3D printer and their features are experimentally verified. When the limit strength of a given component is reached, ways of fracture development are observed. Information obtained from the experiments are then compared with assumptions generated by numerical methods.
Usability of OEE in the Automotive manufacturing plant
Poledník, Tomáš ; Steiner, Patrik (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of a comprehensive solution for the collection of production indicators in the commercial vehicle sector, called Automotive. The design is done by analyzing the state and identifying the bottlenecks of the OEE (Total Equipment Effectivenes). Further, the thesis describes the general theory of efficiency, availability and FPY (First Pass Yield). Realization and visualization of several production equipment variants for raw data collection from production lines in the manufacturing company IMI International CZ s.r.o. - a leading manufacturer of pneumatic components for the automotive and automation industry.
Financovanie a využívanie LNG terminálov s dopadmi na európskeho spotrebiteľa
Janovská, Eva
The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of LNG import into the European Un-ion which relates to the inefficiency of LNG facilities due to creation of the price arbitrages on more price attractive markets. The author of the thesis looks at the annual utilization of the European facilities over the past seven years and also points to the arguable funding of these facilities from European Union sources because of their low utilization. The main objective of the thesis is speculate about possible negative impact liquefied natural gas re-export on domestic consumers. Using the correlation coefficient, directly proportional relationship between coun-try's natural gas price and its reexport volume is examined.
Využitelnost fosforu u drůbeže =: Utilization of phosphorus in poultry /
Musilová, Anna
The aim of the dissertation was to determine the effect of exogenous phytase on the retention and ileal digestibility of phosphorus and calcium from the feed mixture with low level of inorganic phosphorus source and on the quality of egg shells in hens of the final hybrids of the carrier type. The dissertation work has been divided into two experiments. In the first part, the effect of phytase at level 150, 200, 250 and 300 FTU / kg on phosphorus and calcium retention without the use of phosphorus inorganic sources and on the weight of eggs, shell strength, shell weight, shell thickness and egg weight was evaluated. Phosphorus retention was positively influenced by the addition of exogenous phytase enzyme to the feed mixture at the indicated concentrations. Exogenous phytase did not have a definite effect on calcium retention. The egg shell quality, strength and thickness were positively influenced by the addition of exogenous phytase to the feed mixture at level 300 FTU / kg of the mixture. In the second part, the effect of exogenous phytase with activity of 300 FTU / kg on ileal digestibility of phosphorus and calcium from feed mixtures using inorganic sources of phosphorus in suboptimal doses (1.58 and 2.03 g / kg of non-phytate phosphorus, ie 2.6 and 3.0 g / kg of available phosphorus) and with different levels of calcium was evaluated. Phytase at 300 FTU / kg did not have a conclusive effect on the ileal digestibility of phosphorus and calcium. Higher ileal digestibility of phosphorus was found with a lower content of non-phosphate phosphorus in feed mixtures.

Analysis of usefulness of financial statements in relation to the investor’s decisions
Čermák, Martin ; Vašek, Libor (advisor) ; Procházka, David (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to cover the problem of usefulness of financial statements and accompanying notes in relation to the most important users and their investment decision making. First part of the thesis describes substantial principles of financial statements and notes and forms theoretic basis for subsequent practical analysis. The role of annual accounts information in the decision-making process is further determined. General usefulness of financial statements is covered together with its qualitative and quantitative aspects. In practical part of the thesis the scoring-based model is used to assess usefulness of financial statements by examining its qualitative and quantitative aspects. The final part of the thesis is intended to reveal main sections of financial statements which can be easily adjusted to mislead investors in their decision making. The thesis is focused on financial statements based on both IFRS and Czech accounting standards, where both systems are being compared.
