Report usage of the vehicle camera report during a car accident analyses

The vehicle cameras are a new phenomenon in the road transport which is considered the important benefit for increasing of the road transport safety and the documentation instrument for finding car accident reasons. The vehicle camera, similar as the black box in the plane, is able to investigate more exactly all circustances of a car accident. The lecture is concerned with methods of data usage which explains some car accident aspects. The report analyses utilises the metrical analyses of the video. The lecture shows how to measure the speed, the side distance from the obstruction, transversal car reposition time, lengthwise distance between vehicles. There are discribed measurement accuracy tests. In the lecture the legal aspect of camera usage is mentioned and possible complications for using as a proper evidence.
