Vplyv manažéra na výsledky podnikania na Slovensku

Janičkovič, O., Manager’s influence on the results of a business in Slovakia. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. This Bachelor thesis deals with the influence of a manager in individual forms of business. This thesis uses qualitative approach of the investigation to identify manager’s impact in individual forms of business on business’ results in Slovakia and generalizes the conclusions on the basis of replies of respondents who participated in a standardized and structured conversation which aim to lead to improved business outcomes. Discussion and recommendations section provides recommendations to respondents who participated in this thesis’ standardized and structured conversation. The answer to the research question has been provided in the thesis’ conclusion.
