Verification of the Predictive Relationship of Risk Factors on the Child Endangerment
Lipová, Dana ; Jeřábek, Hynek (advisor) ; Soukup, Petr (referee)
The thesis examines the relationship between factors that are considered risky in the area of social and legal protection of children, and the child endangerment, which is a legal reason for a state intervention in the family. The child endangerment was conceptualized based on the child trauma theory. Risk factors were identified by means of a comparative analysis of Czech and foreign instruments of social and legal child protection bodies. The MIMIC model was used to investigate the relationships between risk factors and the child endangerment, which enables comprehensive testing of relationships between several independent variables and one dependent latent variable, which is measured by a set of manifest variables, the model also works with mutual relationships between independent variables. The testing of the model proved that risk factors have a very different degree of influence on the child endangerment, and that it is important to take into account not only their direct influence, but also those mediated through other factors. The model proved that several factors have no influence on the child endangerment. It also follows from the model that it is sufficient to work only with a limited set of key factors when evaluating the child's situation.

Introduction of spectrophotometric determination of urinary citrates and oxalates into routine clinical laboratory testing.
FEJT, Martin
Determination of the level of citrates and oxalates in urine is of great importance in the diagnosis and subsequent monitoring of patients with urolithiasis. Data about urine concentrations of these substances, together with other metabolic tests, help to determine the likelihood of recurrence of urolithiasis. At the same time, they help physicians find appropriate regime measures for patients with the disease. This bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of the determination of citrates and oxalates in the routine operation of a clinical laboratory. The theoretical part first briefly describes the issue of urolithiasis, its distribution, etiopathogenesis, treatment and prophylaxis. Emphasis is placed on the role of citrates and oxalates. Furthermore, individual types of urinary stones and possibilities of their analysis are characterized. The following is an approach to the process of verification of the measuring procedure and associated performance parameters. The related analytical properties of the methods are also listed and described here. Within the description of the implementation process the setting of parameters in the laboratory and hospital information system is briefly explained. In the laboratory of ÚKBH FN Plzeň we chose enzymatic methods and an automatic analyzer Beckman Coulter AU480 to determine the concentration of citrates and oxalates in urine. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis continues with a description of the spectrophotometry and operation of the instrument used. We tested reagents from foreign manufacturers INstruchemie (Netherlands) and LTA (Italy). The following is an explanation of the principles of the methods from the above manufacturers and briefly lists other possible methods for the determination of these analytes. Reagents from INstruchemie were selected for routine use. As this manufacturer has already validated its methods on Beckman Coulter spectrophotometers, only their verification has taken place at ÚKBH. The practical part of this bachelor thesis deals first with the preparation of reagents for analysis and continues with programming the parameters of individual methods into the analyzer. The main content of this work is a detailed description of the implementation of individual phases of analysis, which are required by the verification process. After successful completion of all measurements and evaluation of their results, appropriate verification protocols were prepared and the methods were put into routine operation of the laboratory.
Perspektivy rozvoje elektricky poháněných vozidel kategorie M
BRABEC, Martin
The number of cars with the combustion engines which they move on the roads all around the world is alarming. It is impossible to overlook the incidental impacts of this expansion out of consideration for this number. The most perceptible impact is on our environment where we live. The air, especially in the cities, is not what it once was. Alternative-fuel vehicles start to be used because of these impacts and we believe in improvement. One of the solutions is using electric vehicles (EV). The request of this thesis is: The perspectives of the electric vehicles' development of category M. The main goal of this thesis was the determination of the factors which have some effect on the development of electromobility. Afterwards it was important to do the practical verification of chosen electric vehicles (EV) on the same road and the evaluation of the figures gained during the measuring. The other operation factors were also verified with these problems.
Functional Verification Framework for Multi Buses Following the UVM Standard
Beneš, Tomáš ; Šišmiš, Lukáš (referee) ; Kekely, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis focus on the design and subsequent implementation of a multi-bus verification environment using the principles of the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM). It also focus on the implementation of the verification of three FPGA components using multi-bus as input and output interfaces. The implementation of the environment and all verifications is written in SystemVerilog language using a library that implement the basic constructs for UVM. The achieved results of the work are functional and easily reusable when creating further verifications using multi-bus. The proposed environments can be used as a structure for creating other verification environments for other buses.

Zuzaňák, René ; Libosvár, Dušan (referee) ; Ručka, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is devoted to the hydraulic analysis of the water supply network in the municipality of Poličná, Vsetín district. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theory of mathematical modelling of the water supply network. A quasi-dynamic hydraulic model of the entire water supply network was created to determine the pressure conditions of the water supply network and then calibrated and verified based on the pressure measurements on the water supply network. The characteristic operating conditions of the water supply network were reflected in the simulation model of EPANET 2.2. Following the existing scale and type of development given by the current zoning plan of the municipality of Poličná, the pressure conditions on the water supply network of the municipality of Poličná were assessed using the results of the hydraulic analysis. The thesis includes proposed measures to optimize the pressure conditions for the prospective scale of development.
