This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of activities, which is going streight trought the smooth run of this in surance broker company OK GROUP a.s. in continuity in activities of the Czech National Bank institution. Bachelor´s thesis analyze in general controlling activities in companies. In practical part i prepare to assemble the proposal of house direction for legal working of OK GROUP a.s. company.

Saganová, A. Participative leadership in the company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023 This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of participative leadership in enter-prises. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of leadership, leadership styles and participative leadership is discussed in more detail. The theoretical part is supported by case studies where this leadership style is successfully ap-plied. In the practical part a qualitative method is used where semi-structured in-terviews are conducted. Using the results of the research, recommendations based on the concepts of participative leadership are proposed for improving the leadership of employees.
