Porovnání genomických evolučních změn a metabolické kapacity symbiotických bakterií rodu \kur{Legionella} u vší
FURIKOVÁ, Natálie
The genomes of 29 different lines of endosymbiotic bacteria Legionella polyplacis were annotated and compared. Genes have been identified and assigned to the corresponding annotated proteins of the online BLAST database. Annotated proteins were assigned to metabolic pathways and the functionality of the metabolic pathways and the level of degradation were compared to a non-symbiotic species Legionella pneumophila subsp. pneumophila.
Rekonstrukce metabolických drah bakterií Legionella polyplacis a Candidatus Riesia pediculischaeffi, symbiontů vší
ZADINOVÁ, Zuzana
The genomes of two bacteria, Legionella polyplacis and Candidatus Riesia pediculischaeffi, lice endosymbionts, were examined and compared. Preserved genes were identified, assigned to appropriate metabolic pathways, and listed in an electronic attachment table. Completeness and functionality were assessed for individual metabolic pathways. Based on the results, metabolic maps were created for both bacteria
Vliv potravní preference všenek (Phthiraptera: Amblycera) na formování jejich mikrobiomů
ŽIŽKOVÁ, Kateřina
Microbiome diversity of chewing lice belongs to generaly unexplored topics. This thesis provides the first insight into the microbiomes of 15 chewing lice species of the genus Menacanthus. We detected the presence of two dominant symbiotic bacteria, which occurred in almost all species. We also compared the microbiome diversity of lice with different diet preferences (blood feeding and feather feeding species). Based on these analyses, we identified the main determinants shaping the microbiomes of Menacanthus lice. The microbiomes are namely affected by Menacanthus species identity, its geographical origin, dietary niche, and the extent of the host spectrum that the lice parasitize.
The symbiotic bacteria of lice of genus \kur{Polyplax}: general phylogenetic and genomic characterisation
ŘÍHOVÁ, Jana
Blood-sucking lice of the genus Polyplax harbour two bacterial endosymbionts, one from family Legionellales and the other from family Neisseriales. Fylogenetic and genomic analyses reveal typical features of endosymbiotic bacteria and coevolution history with the host. In the genome of the endosymbiont from family Legionellales I found operon, which encodes biosynthesis of biotin, essential vitamin, especially for blood-sucking insects living on low-nutrient diet. This operon was probably horizontally transfer from Wolbachia, nutrient endosymbiont of bedbug Cimex lectularius.
Physical model of 7-level VSI in 4-7L topology
Semerád, Radko ; Baran, Josef
Technical design and parameters of a 3-phase low-voltage VSI model of about 5kVA output power are described. The VSI is connected in 7-level topology with flying capacitors. For economical reasons, 3 odd capacitors of them have reduced capacitance (the 4-7L topology). The model is controlled using only POF fibres including voltage and current sensors.
