Block Cejl – Svitava RIver Waterfront

This Bachelor Thesis deals with an urbanistic concept and a following architectonic solving of a currently deteriorating brownfield in Brno – Zábrdovice, between Cejl Street and the right side of the Svitava River. The Thesis consists of an analytical part and a project part. Draught concept is based on request of a hypothetical investor and current owner of the property to create an interesting new housing capacity with possible interweaving with shops and services. The aim of the project is a refinement of the area with overlapping into neighbourhood, an expantion of the boulevard and a recultivation of the watercourse of the Svitava River and a part of it’s waterfront. The main thought of the design is the inseparable interlacing of urban apartment housing with private space of outdoor terraces and green roofs with the opportunity to cultivate own soil with a minimal negative impact on the surroundings.
Urban study of development area city - Velké Meziříčí

The project deals with the use of the site near the historical center of Velké Meziříčí. Originally there were production facilities that were already demolished. At present, this space is in no way used. This territorial study attempts to overcome the possibility of using the site for the emergence of a new urban structure that fulfills the function of housing, civic amenities and also the transport function.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

New buildings architecturally complement untapped corner area and logically relate to the surrounding buildings. This is the town houses mixed function with a predominance of housing. Backyard is not visually accessible and open to passers-by. Simple form defines the corner exactly.
