Trends in development of cutting tools clamping
Servus, Tomáš ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This master’s thesis defines and closely specifies actual trends in clamping systems for shank tools, especially used for milling and drilling operations. The project describes possibilities of application of clamping systems for shank tools for particular types of machining and briefly defines their principles. Experimental part is focused on material analyse of hydraulic and thermal clamping system. Comparing of clamping systems in term of their technical properties and their initial costs is included in technical and economical conclusion.
Inventor and PowerMILL tools for 3D machining
Přibilík, Tomáš ; Sámelová, Vendula (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on possibilities of usage of geometric models of work-holders created in CAD software Autodesk Inventor for more effective work with CAM software PowerMILL. Content of this thesis are basic informations about CAD/CAM technologies, creating a database of work-holders and tool-holders, demonstration of creating a work-holder, demonstration of creating a tool-holder and in conclusion a verification of possibilities of created work-holders and tool-holders in use of software PowerMILL.
