The Bachelor thesis deals with the associaton, witch reached the scope of their high economic results and based on them have decided to transform al. Ltd., or move from accounting to tax records. The first part is theoretically tiven all the neceséry accounting and tax measures. The sekond section takes the theory of real numbers and is specifically designed to track progress.

The analysis of the management of the beneficiary society Mountain Guard of the Czech Republic within the period of 2007-2009

The bachelor's thesis concentrates on the management of beneficiary societies and unincorporated associations who belong to the non-profit sphere. The non-profitable subjects are distinguished by their purpose. They are not primarily oriented to make profit but to render services which are not available on the market. Beneficiary societies and unincorporated associations apply special accounting methods and principles and follow special laws. The bachelor's thesis presents the analysis of the management of the beneficiary society Mountain Guard of the Czech Republic within the period of 2007-2009 with the description of the specific accounting procedures and financing. Further on, it contains the analysis of the management of the unincorporated association Mountain Guard of the Czech Republic who supplements the activities of the beneficiary society and assembles voluntary rescuers.
