Ultrasonic machining technology
Krajči, Jakub ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The main aim is of the thesis is to provide information about ultrasonic machining, to introduce ultrasound and its physical properties, to describe ultrasonic machining methods and to show the non-destructive use of ultrasound. Furthermore I will hold a discussion about this topic and make a quick summary.
Ultrasonic machining technology
Chromý, Jakub ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the possibilities of using ultrasonic technology, introducing a basic theory of physical principle of ultrasound, using various non-destructive applications of ultrasound in engineering It also reviews ultrasonic machining technology and its possibilities at last but not the least.
Nekonvenční metody obrábění materiálu
LARVA, Jaroslav
The bachelor thesis deals with the summary and characteristics of unconventional machining methods used in mechanical engineering for the agricultural or automotive industry, such as chemical, electrochemical machining, electroerosive machining, ultrasonic machining, laser machining or electro beam machining. The first part includes a systematic division and characteristics of individual methods. For each method, the history, machining principle, machining equipment, advantages and typical area of application of individual unconventional technologies in technical practice are described. The final chapter contains a comparison of individual methods depending on the achieved surface quality and dimensional tolerance.
