The entrance to the building is situated on the Helceletova street. The main entrance is from Roubalova street. There are four generous apartments and one maisonette. Each apartment has the loggias and one apartment has a terrace on the fourth floor. The roof itself is designed as a flat single-cloaked surface. The building is based on the reinforced concrete passes and the reinforced concrete heels.
