The process of providing support through a comprehensive rehabilitation system
ŠTURMOVÁ, Alena
The aim of the thesis was to analyse the current form, process, and available means of providing support within a comprehensive rehabilitation system and its coordination with the broader ARPIDA centre, from the perspective of clients' parents and with an emphasis on the application of case management. The centre emphasises the cooperation of the cross-functional team, with parents perceived as partners and an organic part of the team of specialists. The thesis can thus serve as a basis for the development and improvement of existing services and their coordination in the ARPIDA centre. The qualitative research strategy, interviewing research method and semi-structured interview data collection technique were determined to be the most suitable for this particular thesis. The sample group consisted of clients' parents at different life stages who use services at the ARPIDA centre. The informants were selected based on the staff's recommendation and to form a representative group of all types of services provided by ARPIDA. Eight interviews were conducted and the selection was concluded on the bases of data saturation, where there was repetition of themes, opinions and the interviews did not bring new information. The data was processed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), which explores the subjective experiences of informants in detail, resulting in 13 main themes that underpin the research questions and the aim of the thesis: Perceptions of the holistic rehabilitation system, the interconnectedness of services, which services are missing from the centre's offerings, first contact with the centre, perceptions of communication with staff, whom parents can contact, collaboration with key workers, support from staff and their collaboration, how parents perceive their role in the cross-functional team, interprofessional meetings with staff, case manager involvement, and what are the weaknesses and strengths of the holistic rehabilitation process. Answers to all of these themes can help the ARPIDA centre to better understand how clients' parents perceive comprehensive coordinated care in the spirit of a holistic system of rehabilitation.

GRAUSAMOVÁ, Jana
Bachelor thesis is entitled "How to care for children with neuromuscular diseases and their ways of special educational support in the education process in the region of South Bohemia" and is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and there I define the concept of physical disability and neuromuscular diseases. Neuromuscular diseases are engaged in the second chapter where I first divide them by types of the disease and then I describe them in detail. In the third chapter I describe the multidisciplinary team and means of comprehensive rehabilitation system medical, social, educational and occupational. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I discuss ways of teaching support in the education process. When processing the theoretical part I use professional literature and professional journals. In empirical part I characterize the objective work, research methodology, obtained data analysis and finally, the discussion. The research was conducted by qualitative data collection using semi-standardized interview. Most respondents were approached by telephone or written request for cooperation in research. With these respondents I subsequently met in person in a specific facility. For reasons of keeping the anonymity the names of respondents and facilities are not listed in the thesis. The interviews were held in private and always by appointment except the students. The main aim was to find out not only what care options have children with neuromuscular disease and what is the special pedagogical support in education, but also how to incorporate children into the collective, what experience the educators have in integrating and how the parents look at it. These objectives are achieved. Work could be used for students who would serve as a resource. Furthermore, it could also serve for educators and parents who are related to this issue and are considering the integration of their child.

The second subchapter describes who we are allowed to consider being unemployed, the types of unemployment, the risk groups, the tools which the government uses in the active and passive types of employment policy and finally also states the level of unemployment in the Czech Republic on 31st January 2014.The third subchapter is called disabled people at labor market. It explains the importance of work for people, explains the comprehensive rehabilitation system and its constituent part-vocational rehabilitation and it points at specifics of employing disabled people. The last subchapter of the theoretical part characterizes the region of Strakonice, its strengths and weaknesses and also mentions the significant employers there. The information about the condition of employing disabled people in this region is also available in the last subchapter. The main aim of this thesis is considering the condition of employing disabled people in the region of Strakonice. There were two other aims determined. The first of them was to chart the reasons of unemployment of disabled people from their point of view and from the view of their employers. The second side aim was to chart the reasons of unemployment from the point of view of the employers who do not employ disabled people.

KOLESÁROVÁ, Petra
This bachelor thesis is: "Coordinated care for children with cerebral palsy in Ceske Budejovice". Thesis is composed from two parts when first theoretical part is focused on cerebral palsy as multi handicap and follow possibilities of treatment for individuals. Furthermore I am going to emphasize an importance and irreplaceability of coherent system of rehabilitation as an instrument of coordinated care. Theoretical part will be fluently followed by practical part dealing with coordinated care in the frame of Ceske Budejovice. The thesis aims to find out current state of coordinated care for children with cerebral palsy in Ceske Budejovice. In order to reach the goal of the thesis research question has been determinate by following: "How is in Ceske Budejovice complex coordinated care for children with cerebral palsy realized?" For purposes of this thesis additional questions have been determinate which importance came from research part of the thesis. Additional questions have been determinate as following: "How parents of children with cerebral palsy perceive informations from specialists regarding treatment therapy of their children?" "How parents of children with cerebral palsy evaluate coordinated care in frame of Ceske Budejovice and how do they perceive cooperation among specialists?" Part of the second part of the thesis was realization of research together with quantitative methods. Research itself was realized based on semi-standardized deep dive with parents of children with cerebral palsy. Question in semi-standardized conversation have been aligned to circles that allowed to flexibly change interpretation of specific questions based on actual needs. Child for purposes of this research has been defined as an individual between 1 to 15 year old. Considering needs to gain valid informations has the method of semi-standardized conversation been supplemented by analysis of scientific documentation of specific children. Parents with children with diagnosis of cerebral palsy have been chosen as a sample of this research. The result of this thesis are casuistries of specific children and based on that there is scheme created for better readability regarding coordinated care in frame of Ceske Budejovice. According research is coordinated care in Ceske Budejovice realized "freely" which means that it is not driven by any institution. According research second form of coordinated care is institutional. That means child is in care of some institution that provides complex coordinated care aligned with coherent system of rehabilitation. Main advantage of those institutions is their complexity. All researched children are currently in care of Arpida center despite it that this is not only one center focused on cooperated care for individual with multi handicap in Ceske Budejovice. Based on that we can say that Arpida center in Ceske Budejovice is most searched and often visited center by parents witch children with cerebral palsy. The part of results of this thesis is also evaluation of coordinated care in frame of Ceske Budejovice. At the end of this thesis I pointed out that despite the most coordinated most complex care all the time cares on individual level of disability and many other factors that directly determine how the development of an individual will be affected. Undoubtedly we can coordinated care take as imaginary index that guides an individual with this kind of disability right direction.

Comprehensive rehabilitation of children attending primary school and kindergarten in Motýlek Koprivnice, p.o.
MÜLLEROVÁ, Tereza
The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe the comprehensive system of rehabilitation for persons with disabilities. Individual sections are devoted to medical, educational, social and professional means of a comprehensive rehabilitation with regard to the importance of their interconnections. I also focus on the issue of families with disabled children and their needs at different life stages. In this context, I give an account of possibilities of the educational process for children with disabilities from early childhood until adulthood. In our region ? in Kopřivnice and surroundings, there is currently no facility providing complex care to children with disabilities in terms of comprehensive rehabilitation. Individual components of a comprehensive rehabilitation system are provided by various subjects - medical facilities, schools and school counseling facilities, social service providers. The aim of my research thesis was to survey the offer of facilities for children with disabilities and their families and to determine whether the offer meets the needs of parents of children with disabilities who attend the primary school or kindergarten Motýlek Kopřivnice, p.o. To meet the goals I chose a qualitative research methodology, using the secondary data analysis technique, and an interview method, when the technique used was a semi-structured interview. The interview was conducted with 8 respondents - parents of children with disabilities who attend the primary school and kindergarten Motýlek Kopřivnice, p.o. The results of the research show that in and around Kopřivnice parents of these children have the possibility to make use of existing facilities for the comprehensive rehabilitation. At present, however, there is a lack of medical rehabilitation, which used to be provided to children directly at school, as well as the possibility of extra-curricular activities for children and personal assistance services. This bachelor thesis may be used in practice as a background material for planning the comprehensive service development for children and adults with disabilities in and around Kopřivnice.

Differences in the therapeutic and psychosocial rehabilitation activities of psychiatric asylum patients according to their diagnoses
ZELENKOVÁ, Markéta
Abstract Differences in the therapeutic and psychosocial rehabilitation activities of psychiatric asylum patients according to their diagnoses As the main topics of my bachelor{\crq}s thesis, I am investigating psychosocial rehabilitation and therapeutic activities and their use within the framework of rehabilitation of people with a diagnosis within a range of psychotic disorders, neurotic disorders and organic disorders. A chapter on community care represents an important part; it is closely related to the complex rehabilitation system in the treatment of mental disorders. On the last pages I focus on specific communication with people suffering from dementia, psychosis and neurosis. The first goal of the thesis was to find out the differences in therapeutic activities according to diagnoses within a range of psychotic disorders, neurotic disorders and organic disorders. There was a hypothesis linked to the given goal in which I thought that the therapeutic activities realized with the patients would differ according to their diagnoses. The second goal was to find out whether professional staff consider it important to use the possibility of extramural (community) care within the framework of caring for the mentally ill. For this purpose a hypothesis was set up in which I assumed that the professional staff of a psychiatric asylum had a negative view towards using extramural (community) care. The goals of the thesis were achieved. Information was obtained through a quantitative survey, by the method of questioning and the technique of data collection {--} through a questionnaire. The first monitored group consisted of 20 therapists and the second monitored group was made up of 84 nurses working at the Jihlava psychiatric asylum. The survey{\crq}s results confirmed the first hypothesis. The second hypothesis was not confirmed. The findings of this thesis could be used as a source of information, particularly for work therapists and other therapists who, within the framework of psychosocial rehabilitation and therapeutic activities, use many activities such as supporting treatments for mental disorders. The thesis provides an overview of the activities applied in treating mental illnesses. Furthermore, therapists and nurses can use the findings about community care and subsequent services for patients with mental disorders. Not only social workers, but also physicians, therapists and nurses can be the intermediaries of this information for patients and their family members.
