Corporate Culture in the Chosen Company

The aim of the thesis, which is named Corporate Culture in the Chosen Company, is to characterize a corporate culture with the help of specification of its crucial cultural dimensions and the consequent proposals of a suitable action to improve the corporate culture. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains terms corporate culture, typology of corporate culture, cultural dimension, knowledge economy etc. In the practical part there are surveys via questionnaires VSM 1994 & 2013, non-standardized interview and personal observation. In the conclusion, there are suggestions to improve corporate culture.
Corporate Culture in an Organization

The aim of work is to analyse and evaluate the current status of the corporate culture at organization. Corporate culture is the beliefs and ideas that an organization has and the way in which they affect how it does business and how its employees behave. This work explores hows the employees accept the corporate culture through questionnaires and directed interviews. Then the proposes for the management of the company how to improve the current situtation of the corporate culture are recommended.

The aim of the Diploma Thesis was to analyze the field of corporate culture at the company HELUZ and suggest changes in the corporate culture. The first part summarizes information taken from the scientific literature focusing on corporate culture, its typology, the impact on company´s strategy and company performance. Practical part describes selected company HELUZ, its data, innovative and personal policy. It focuses on content of corporate culture, its elements standards and values. Further part of the Thesis deals with corporate climate, atmosphere and satisfaction of employers. Based on information previously provided I made recommendations for changes, which should be implemented by management of the company into its strategy and which should encourage strength of the corporate culture. In the last part, there are summaries, answers and suggestions for the aim of my Thesis.
Corporate culture in selected company

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to describe the basic theoretical knowledge and regularities in the issue of corporate culture. After studying the literature I summarized the issue in the research of the literature, which forms the first part of my thesis. Based on the study of literature, I analyzed corporate culture in a selected company, this analysis forms the second part of my thesis. I cooperated with Centes, Ltd., which is located in České Budějovice. The Aim of the work was to evaluate and determine the current state of corporate culture in the selected company. For the analysis of the corporate culture I used one of the methods of quantitative research - questionnaire survey. The last objective was to suggest a suitable solution to improve the current situation.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the corporate culture in the company HASIT, Šumavské vápenice a omítkárny, a.s., as in the case of the shortcomings to propose appropriate measures.The analysis of the personal activities in the company was completed by results taken from written interrogation and interview.
