Rod Hemerocallis L. v zahradní a krajinářské tvorbě

This diploma thesis on theme Hemerocallis L. species in garden and landscaping deals in the first part mostly with morfological and taxanomical characteristics of the genus Hemerocallis L., its breeding, species characteristics, growing and mainly using in garden and landscaping. The second part of the thesis is focused on the evaluation of the development of varieties of the genus Hemerocallis L. with emphasis on the period from the mid-19th century to the present. Development of varieties is evaluated in terms of the global development of species and varieties of daylilies and terms of offers genus Hemerocallis L. in the Czech and European countries.

Možnosti využití bylinných řízků při zakládání trvalkových výsadeb

The work deals with the use of herb cuttings for the establishment of perennial beds. It was created to attempt a comparison with conventional planting, and these were compared with each other and evaluated. For the experiment were chosen because xerofytní perennial best use in urban areas. The work includes the methodology for the establishment and subsequent maintenance plantings. Evaluation work is a form of tables and graphs. It also discusses current trends in the use of perennials in the world.

Květinové výsadby v uličním stromořadí

This thesis studies the available resources dealing with the use of plants in the street alleys, especially the characteristics of a place conditions, evaluate the traditional methods of planting and current trends in this field. The work is mainly focused on the use of perennials in an urban area. It also deals with the assessment of land cover in the street alleys to the study area,which were subsequently designed planting plants created on the basis of different technologies based on the choice of a growing group of plants. The model area is located in Brno in urban areas Královo Pole and Žabovřesky. Finally, the work deals with the possibilities of obtaining grants for the improvement of public green areas in cities and the relationship of utilities to the greenery. From the above findings was formulated conclusion and recommendations for practice.
