Motivation, Evaluation and Remuneration of Roche Employees

The aim of my thesis is to: describe and analyze motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees on the example of a successful modern society. Methodology is dividing the work into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part is focused on solving specific practices that related to the acquisition of the theoretical knowledge regarding motivation and it’s making effect on results of work performance of employees during the working process. The analytical part is dedicated to solve motivation in the company ROCHE, s. R. O. Solution of the research problem is to determine researching questions. Starting point are suggestions on the better implementation of motivation.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the enhancement and improvement of work with the data to be inserted into the database, due to more efficient work. Report data being generated by my software, where user will have to log in to see when and where the individual sees training and training of subordinates. The system is intended to replace the current inadequate and hardly maintainable condition momentary record of training in opaque Excel spreadsheets

Image similarity measuring using deep learning

This master´s thesis deals with the reseach of technologies using deep learning method, being able to use when processing image data. Specific focus of the work is to evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of deep learning when comparing two image input data. The first – theoretical – part consists of the introduction to neural networks and deep learning. Also, it contains a description of available methods, their benefits and principles, used for processing image data. The second - practical - part of the thesis contains a proposal a appropriate model of Siamese networks to solve the problem of comparing two input image data and evaluating their similarity. The output of this work is an evaluation of several possible model configurations and highlighting the best-performing model parameters.

Mainly focuses on financing of human resources and employment. Practical part analyzes project which is based on training employees with target in advance level of qualification and skills and increment in efficiency of work.

Diploma thesis deals with the improvement of personal management in the company XY, s.r.o. It focuses on the areas of motivation, assessment and training, work organization, working conditions, internal communication and information. Outcome of this diploma thesis are proposals of measures that will lead to improvement of employee performance and to their satisfaction.
