Economic relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom

This bachelor thesis is focused on classification of reciprocal economic relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The aim of this thesis is to uncover, what are the relations like and what is their significance in the context of the foreign trade of both respective countries. In this case, trade in goods and services as well as mutual flows of foreign direct investments have been the subjects of investigation. Apparently, the reciprocal relations, despite not acquiring a major share in overall foreign economic activities of these countries, play an important role in economic happening. Currently, trade in goods is the one, which is achieving the biggest success. Also British foreign direct investments in the Czech Republic are reaching relatively high values (at least compared to Czech investments in the United Kingdom), however, the mutual trade in services is the one, which could have a substantive perspective into the future.
Trade relations between India and the EU

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of trade relations between India and the EU. The first chapter describes the development of bilateral relations between India and the EU and strengthening of their cooperation, mainly in the area of trade. There are also mentioned the barriers to trade which impede closer cooperation. The second chapter focuses on characteristic of bilateral trade in goods and services and on the flow of foreign direct investment. Tha last part is addressed to the issue of trade cooperation between India and the EU in the future, concretely in terms of the World Trade Organization and in terms of the upcoming free trade area.
