The relation of tourism to environment and sustainable development possibilities in the selected region

Problems of sustainable tourism, which is solved in this diploma work, was applied to Sedlčany district. The Sedlčany region is situated in the Central Bohemia region. Region abounds in attractive scenic views and offers ample possibilities for recreation and relaxation. The work realized goals and hipothesis, which were set at the beginning. There were performed research, the analysis of district Sedlčansko and suggested proposals of posibilities for the next destinations development and problems solving. It´s successfully determined the present condition of tourism in this destination and made relevant conclusions of it. Thanks to nature and position this area has high potential for tourism development. There are ideal preconditions for sustainable forms of tourism in destination as biking, hiking and rural tourism. The important aims of Sedlčany district are to support development of tourism activities, construction and improve tourism infrastructure, the effective cooperation of all subjects operating in tourism, building ecological information system, the creation of products of tourism, co-operation with nearby tourism regions, making standarts of accommodation and catering, established through certificates.

Using outdoor activities for making tourism packages

Next objects were making analysis of this region, questionnaire research and suggesting optimal structure of summer and winter outdoor activities in particular packages. In this diploma is suggesting 3 packages. All packages are intended for selling travel agency or other sellers.

The possibilities of development of idle the rural tourism potential

The tourism is an ideal opportunity how to develop rural areas. Tourism can bring to these areas missing capital as well as the development of related sections. It is important to have in mind principles of sustainable tourism. The aim of the present study was to suggest possibilities of development of idle the rural tourism potential of chosen area Pohledsko by analyzing tourism potential in this area. The results displayed that this area has great nature, historical, cultural and societal potential. However, there are troubles with accommodation and catering, which limit the development. One possibility in tourism development is to take part in rural tourism by new farm on Duškův hill. The owner of this farm, Mr. Losenický refuses this opportunity for the present. So the possible way is making a new product of rural tourism for one day. This can be the horse ridding to the countryside.

This work highlights the distinctions of this branch and tries to disprove all those numerous rejudices which inhibits the expansion and development of golf at our place. The task was to propose steps for innovation sports-regenerative utilization based on the research.Three hypotheses were formulated in this work: -there is insufficient offer of sports activities in Velešín -a swimming pool is the most missing sports facility in this town - sports-regenerative facilities have positive influence on development regional tourism The hypotheses were consequently confirmedsuccessfully The project of construction the WATER WORLD in Velešín is also introduced in this graduation theses.

The title of this Bachelor thesis is Analysis of tourism services in Jihlava region. At beginnig were defined exact aims, which were also accomplished. At first was written the Situational Analysis solving the main aspects needed for analysing tourism services in Jihlava region. It was mentioned geografical, demografical a historical delimitation as well as tourism sector. The second part of this Bachelor thesis is Classification of tourism services mainly accommodation, boarding and enquiry offices. On the basis of teoretical principles was executed Marketing Research. Thanks to the results was compiled Proposal of marketing improvement. The result was also estimation of defined hypothesis, which were: 1. Jihlava region is not sufficiently propagated. 2. In Jihlava region is not sufficiently developed agroturism, although this region has a great potential.

Analysis services travel stir in choice region

The topic of this bachelor work is Analysis of tourism services in Tabor region. Analysis of background and service in tourism in this destination, realization and evaluation of field survey were made. Steps to improve the situation were suggested and finally a marketing mix was set up. Tourist destination disposes with very rich potential, which can be used in tourism. On the basis of a questionnare contentment of customers with provided service was assessed, together with the level of tourism developement, purpose of journey and length of stay. In the bachelor work a concept of a produkt package and at the same time a marketing mix for the age category 50+ was set up.

Analyse of services of Tourism in Sokolovsko

This work analyses the development of tourism in the southern part of Sokolovsko region, which is known only as a mining district. The work proposes suggestions of possible innovations for tourism. Purpose of work was to find out if the area has the potential necessary for tourism development. Nowadays trends are entertainment, healthy lifestyle and discovering new things. Sokolovsko makes use of only a small part of its potential. The area can establish its development on creation of associations, which will be connected in the way of positive feelings and then tourists will be interested in unrecognized locality. Questionnaire survey showed that the project Medard {--} water reservoir which is supposed to be number one in the region is more popular in the Czech Republic than any time before. In the past Sokolovsko was connected only with association of polluted countryside from mining of coal. It is very important to advertise and let people know more about Sokolovsko. Serious problem is almost zero existence of publications and information about the region in general. Sokolovsko should develop its sources and to present itself on expo like Holiday World, Go and Region Tour Brno. Last but not least this region should not forget about allocation into funds of EU.

The support of tourism development in Vodňansko

All of objetcives of this bachelor were accomplished with the use of given methods Primary and secondary offers of tourism in the region of Vodňany were analysed. The further analyses comprised of the needs and requests of visitors. The work also evaluated the contributions and loses of tourism to the destination. The products that are developing most are biking and walking; angling is also very popular. During the analysis of the current condition of tourism in the region of Vodňany, it became clear that the biggest advantages of the area are high quality environment and rich history. The questionnaire survey shows that favourite sights of the region are the ruin of the castle Helfenburg, chateau Kratochvíle, pilgrimage site Lomec, and the chateau of Protivín. The survey also indicates that it is necessary to increase the number and improve the quality of sports and culture facilities, make the boarding and accommodating facilities better.
