Control Systems of Gears Changing on Load in Tractors Gearboxes
Holub, Přemysl ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is interested in the overview of tractor’s gearboxes, which are changing on load. There are reasons, why it has to be costructed and there are requirements for it. There are also described PowerShifts, which allow us gear changing on load. After basic description of concrete gearbox, there is always some example of using in current tractors. In period named Mechanical gearboxes, wchich are changing partly on load there is more space for Zetor tractors and its gearboxes. In one of the last period there is important part about continuously variable transmissions where the driving speed is regulated steplessly. These gearboxes are considered to be modern technology of transfer engine torque.
Honda B Engines
Smělý, Jiří ; Bradávka, Marek (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with four-stroke internal combustion gasoline engines series B by manufacturer Honda (marked B-series) focusing on their characteristics, construction and use of models in the course of production. Attention is also given to applicability of these engines for racing cars.
Processing stability of polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB)
Palkovský, Radim ; Figalla, Silvestr (referee) ; Tocháček, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to observe and to evaluate the effects of selected additives on stabilization of two poly-3-hydroxybutyrates - Biomer and Hydal. In the experimental section of the thesis, the physical properties of pure polymers, polymers with mixture of polylactid acid, boron nitride and Citroflex 4A as well as the samples with five different additives which were added to this mixture, were meassured. Whilst processing the samples, the torque inside of the kneader was recorded. Tensile strength, Young´s modulus and relative extension were evaluated using tensile tests. Next, the differential scanning calorimetry was used to determine the melting points and their changes in comparison to the pure polymers. To evaluate the thermooxidative stability, method of induction periods was used, where the amount of time needed for degradation to make the material brittle was observed and recorded. These methods determined the the Stabilizer 9000 (Raschig) as the most suitable, owing to its better thermooxidative stability and considerable relative extension. As for DHT-4A on the other hand, it was proven that within P3HB it supports degrading processes, which devaluate the processing properties of this material even more. Amongst the other additives no significant influence on the material was observed and the changes of properties were attributed to the mixture of PLA and the other substances.
Equipment and station for engine output testing
Matajsz, Petr ; Svída, David (referee) ; Beran, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the retrieval of current facilities and workplaces for measuring performance parameters of internal combustion engines. Major focus is placed on the division of each device for measuring performance based on their method of functioning, as well as on equipment workplaces where these facilities are implemented.
Soustava těles s pasivním účinkem s brzdou
Genco, Ondřej ; Hájek, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with the solution of the body system using NNTP static theory model. The introductory part defines the basic magnitudes and concepts, describes the constraints and the types of passive effects. In the practical part, the influence of passive effects on different moving states in the particular system of the towed trolley is determined. Furthermore, two variants of mechanical friction brakes are designed and compared. The numerical values of unknown parameters are determined by solving the system of linear equations in Matlab.
Parameter analysis of induction motor equivalent circuits
Minks, Ondřej ; Běloušek, Radim (referee) ; Mach, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with the determination of the parameters of induction motor equivalent circuits in T-network, gamma-network and inverted gamma-network form from no-load test and discovering voltage dependence of these parameters. For each of these circuits are determined dependencies of the torque and the stator current on the slip. Using the MATLAB simulations, the theoretically derived dependencies are compared with real, which are measured on the motor with the squirrel-cage rotor with power 0,6 kW, 2p = 2, both in operating and in whole motor area.
Measuring the power of IC-engines
Adamec, Vojtěch ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with topic measuring the power and the torque of internal combustion engines on chassis dynamometer. The aim of the thesis was to show advantages and disadvantages of different types of dynamometers, to make review of standards for measuring power on chassis dynamometer, effect of atmospheric conditions, resistances and slippage. Thesis also describes evolution, different designs of chassis dynamometers, effect of roller diameter to rolling resistance and deformation of tire, suitable types of dynamometers for chassis dynamometer, equipment of testing room, modes of operating and differences between static and dynamic power testing. In the end I have made prediction of incoming development devices of this type with regard to evolution of intelligent chassis control systems and electric vehicles.
Innovation of built-up crankshaft for minibike engines
Doležal, Lukáš ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Hanuš, Stanislav (advisor)
The present diploma thesis deals with innovation of built-up crankshaft of Blata minibikes. Minibike is the type of a small two-stroke motorcycle equipped with an internal combustion engine of the volume 40 or 50 cm3. The machine is designed for racing circuits; not only for young riders but also for seniors. The innovation is in the design and verification of pressed connections in the imposition of major pins in the arms of the crankshaft. Pressed connections are designed on the basis of the analysis of force interaction on the crankshaft at maximum revolutions. The proposed solutions are verified by FEM calculations. Based on the results, the best option is selected. For the selected option, the impact of force interaction at maximum machine performance is studied. Finally, on the basis of these facts, designing, technological and economic analysis of feasibility of new production technology is carried out.
Design of cutter head with Harmonic-Drive application
Tkadlec, Dušan ; Dosedla, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This master´s work deal with design two axis cutter head with possible variants drive of axis. The part of this work is also technical– economics valuation of single variants, calculation torque and force from motor head and design taking head in two axis. Cutter head should be applicated to boring and cutting headstock given to type with posibility of adaptive exchenges spindle.
