Vliv huminových kyselin na půdní strukturu
KLENOTOVÁ, Eva
Soil structure is one of the indicators of soil quality. A crumbly structure is a soil with the best characteristics. Its formation is influenced by a whole range of physical, chemical, and biological factors. In the bachelor thesis was examined the effect of humic acids as sealants on soil aggregation. From three obtained solutions from different sources was chosen for the subsequent experiments the best quality source of humic acids. For the determination of aggregates amount was used a comparison of two methods, dry sieving and wet sieving. The result was a conclusive finding of the influence of humic acids on the formation of water-stable macroaggregates, which are the most important indicators in terms of soil aggregation. Furthermore, the effect of the concentration of humic acids on aggregation was confirmed. Higher concentration meant greater formation of macroaggregates. The effect of application rate of the solution on the soil structure has not been surprisingly proved.
