Field Work with Diskriminated Groups

The diploma thesis deals with maximum questionary yield. The theoretic part describes social work and social field work. In its second part the civic association Ječmínek, the home for mothers (fathers) with children, is presented. It is mainly focused on description of the project {\clqq}The field work with the endangered groups``. The practical part concerns with questionaries, which were filled in by questioned clients during the whole project. This part is focused on maximum questionary yield and their results.
The burnout syndrome in field social work

The work deals with burnout in the field social work. In the first chapter of the theoretical part characterizes the field social work, its objectives, target groups and activities undertaken by social workers. It also describes the stressful aspects associated with the exercise of the profession. The second chapter discusses burnout. This phenomenon here defines, describes risk factors that may affect the syndrome, its typical symptoms, development, and ways to prevent it. The practical part presents the results of a survey aimed at identifying the degree of endangerment field social workers burnout, mapping prevention and finding what they perceive demanding in their profession.
