Energy-saving family house in Moravany
Květoň, Jakub ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a passive house for a four-member family in Moravany. The building plot features a flat terrain and the house itself has a flat roof with a roof parapet. It is designed as a two-story structure. The first floor comprises the living room connected to the dining room, a bathroom, the main bedroom, a WC, a utility room, and the main entrance. The utility room, situated on the north side of the building, is positioned close to the heat pump. The second floor serves as a quieter zone with bedrooms. The masonry system is constructed using sand-lime bricks, while the slabs are monolithically made from reinforced concrete. The foundation system consists of several concrete strip footings. The ventilation unit is installed in the utility room, positioned under the ceiling, with duct installations located in the drop ceiling. The total air volume of incoming and outgoing air is approximately 500 liters. The ventilation system is designed to reduce natural ventilation and thereby decrease the overall heat loss of the house. Heating is provided by a hydronic floor heating system powered by an air-water heat pump located outside the house. The floor heating system operates at temperature gradients of 37/32°C and 37/30°C, with the power of each heating circuit set 30% higher than necessary. Anticipating a sizable garden area, an accumulation tank with a capacity of 8m3 is included in the design. For internal plumbing, HT pipes are specified.
Design of a space and DHW heating system for a detached dwelling
Záboj, Jakub ; Pech, Ondřej (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis aims to propose a system for heating and hot water for a family house, according to drawings supplied by the building architect. At the request of the investor as the primary object will be considered a variant of underfloor heating. For comparing the heat loss, economic and possibly to State subsidies system selected will be processed by an alternative option to the ventilation air heating. Underfloor heating and hot air are among the low-temperature heating system, which can use low temperature heat sources, such as heat pumps. This assumption corresponds to investor requests, the source of heat in a family house with a heat pump and gas boiler. For hot water will be used as an alternative to a fireplace in the living room. To use the results of the thesis is to calculate the heat loss and heat, according to current standards include design and hot-water heating system including hot-drawing documentation. Finally, the economic evaluation of different alternatives in terms of investment and operating costs.
