Three-phase inverter for induction motor in pump application
Šandera, Tomáš ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to propose a three-phase inverter for pumps with three-phase asynchronous motor with an output of 1 kW. The proposal was focused on quality and to resist any overloading during testing. Power part of the inverter module represents IRAMY20UP60B. Inverter control is separate and is implemented using NI sbRIO 9606. Until this facility was recorded control program created in LabVIEW FPGA.
Control unit for BLDC motor
Krejčí, Ondřej ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
This master„s thesis elaborates with EC motors problematic. There are described essential features of brushless DC motors, their principles, construction and methods for rotor position detection. There are mentioned commonly used control algorithms of EC motors including theory of three-phase convertors. This thesis also contains a complex design of the universal convertor for EC motor and its practical implementation. Power parts losses calculation, heat-sink calculation and measurements at the convertor prototype are also described in this thesis.
Three-phase inverter for high-speed induction motor
Pinďák, Michal ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this master´s thesis is primarily the theoretical analysis of three-phase inverters and subsequent familiarization of the reader with their detailed practical structure. The first part is devoted to the general definition of the power semiconductor converter as such. The following part describes the principle of three-phase pulse width modulation including the widely used principle of scalar control of induction motors. The second half of the thesis is already focused on the practical design of a three-phase inverter for a 50 kW high-speed induction motor. This section explains the problem of sizing and selecting all of the sub-elements of the inverter based on the parameters specified by the end user of the device.
Three-phase converter for high-speed induction motor
Šandera, Tomáš ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with design and realization of three-phase inverter for experimental high speed asynchronous motor with a mechanical power of 6 kW. The thesis deals with the design of the individual components of the DC link. The thesis describes the selection of suitable capacitors in the DC link. There is also a complete simulation of the inverter in the Matlab Simulink program. Part of the thesis is also the design and realization of printed circuit boards of this inverter.
