Two-generation family house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of a two-generation house divided in two separate apartments. House has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the ground floor there is barrier-free apartment. Second apartment is in the second and third floor. In the second floor there is a bedroom with his own wardrobe room, bathroom, WC, and generous living room with a big window oriented to the garden. In the third floor there is a kid’s room and entrance on a terrace. Parking place is in the passage. Roofs are designated as impassable flat roof with a classic layer order with a final layer is from asphalt sheets. The building is built from Porotherm 44 laid on foam, the ceilings structure is from precast prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL, staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Foundation are from concrete strips footing. The facade of the building I partly overgrown by climbing plant Parthenocissus tricuspidata.
