Motivation for management activities

This bachelor thesis is focused on an issues of work motivation of drivers more than 7,5 tuns. The goal of this thesis was to get findings related to work motivation of international and domestic drivers in the selected company. Furthermore, based on findings evaluate investingated allegations and create proposals to improve in the area of motivation in the selected company.
Motivation and Stimulation in the Chosen Organization

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes which can improve the actual state of motivation and stimulation in the chosen organization. The methods of research are questionnaire for employees, an interview with management and the study of specialized literature. In the theoretical part there is a literary review of terms connected with the topic of the thesis. The practical part describes the chosen organization which is Business Academy Neveklov. Then there is description of motivation and stimulation in the organization. Based on questionnaire, interview and information from theoretical part, there are analysis and evaluation of the motivational program. The final part proposes some changes which can improve present motivation and stimulation.
Interpersonal Influences in the Working Process

Subject of the bachelor thesis is an area of interpersonal influences in the working process. In the first part I am focusing at basic theoretical principles, definitions and concepts related with motivating of employees to better performance at the workplace and using of appropriate stimulus means. The bachelor thesis also closely focuses at interpersonal relationships at the workplace. Second part begins with introduction of the company in which I was doing my research. Using a structured questionnaire I examined interpersonal relationships at the workplace with taking into account motivational profiles of employees in the company. In the third part, there is a summary and evaluation of research results in the company. Based on the data and their analysis, problem areas are defined and appropriate recommendations are made. These recommendations should contribute to the improvement of relations, followed by greater work efficiency in the company.
Interpersonal Influence in the Working Process

The aim of the bachelor thesis called Interpersonal Influence in the Working Process is the influence of motivation and stimulation in particular organization on the working performance of its employees. The theoretical part deals with a definition of the terms motivation and stimulation. Then the existing theories of work motivation, determination of motivational sources and stimulation instruments in the organization and setting up a motivational programme. The practical part of the bachelor thesis, based on questionnaires, interviews, concentrates on motivation of employees and on stimulation instruments used by its management in the particular organization. The analysis deals with the organization ČEVAK a.s. The main aim of this topic is to compare the employees in terms of their motivation profiles and the use of appropriate stimulation instruments. To assess their impact on motivation, satisfaction of employees and suggest changes in the ways of stimulation. And then determination of appropriate recommendations to the organization.
Motivation of Employees in Selected Organization

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivational tools, to assess their impact on employee satisfaction. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature about motivation of employees. This section deals with the issue of motivation, defines basic terms, selected motivation theories, sources of motivation, stimulation instruments and motivation programme of the enterprises. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of organization from the history of the present, employees' politics and motivational tools, which are used in this organization. After that the practical part focuses on analysis of data gained by a questionnaire search. In the conclusion of the thesis there is an assessment of overall situation in the company regarding motivation and make up some effective suggestions.

Demelová, Z. Suggestion methodology of implementation of the system benefits as a motivation and a stimulation tool in SME engineering company Bilfinger Babcock CZ s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno, 2013. This thesis deals with the benefits and their effects on motivation and stimulation of employees in the company Bilfinger Babcock CZ s.r.o. The goal of the work is based on a questionnaire exploration to assess the situation in the company and then propose a methodology of implementation of a system of benefits, which would lead to improved results in the motivation and stimulation of employees. Methodology implementation of benefits will be proposed general form for the use of engineering companies in the SME segment.
Motivation and stimulation of the employees in chosen companies

The aim of the thesis was the analysis of motivation and stimulation of the employees, focused on education and management of human resources in chosen companies. The first step was the studying of literature, related to motivation and stimulation in human resources management and their education in current and future knowledge economy. The selection of the companies, which were analyzed, followed. Using anonymous questionnaire, the survey was made in both companies among the employees and the information obtained from the questionnaires were completed by the addition of information from undirected interviews. The employees were divided in two categories, the worker and the administrative worker. The questionnaire contained a total of 31 questions that were chosen mostly closed, semi-open less often. They included questions related to motivation, stimulation and education. The results were displayed, using charts and graphs, also the discussion concerning the given topic was added. All relevant facts were summarized in conclusion of the thesis and the suggestions for practical use and improving of the situation in companies were made.

The Thesis was aimed at evaluation of the level of motivation and stimulation of work performance in a company upon a worked out analysis and proposal of suitable measures for improvement in this sphere. I chose Hypoteční banka, a. s.. The first part of the Thesis summarises theoretical knowledge of motivation and stimulation of work performance. It also characterizes the company, its history, size, number of staff and financial data about company. I performed an analysis of motivation and stimulation based on a questionnaire survey, evaluation and gave proposals for improvement. I conducted an in-depth unstructured interviews with staff HR.
The effect of music therapy on slep disorders

In my work I study the influence of music therapy on sleep disorders. The aim of the work is to verify whethee the method could be helpful for the patients who contact doctors regarding this issue for long time. In the theoretical part I draw information from the knowledge about the music influence to the mental state of mind. In the practical part I focus on the experimental research which deals with application of music therapy project on the chosen patients suffering one the sleeping disorders.
