Quality in social work in the context of quality standards of social services

The subject of this work is quality in social work in the context of quality standards of social services. The theoretical part specifies basic concepts such as social work, social services or quality in social work. It also descibes the individual quality standards of social services and their importance. This work contains qualitative research, which was carried out trough interviews with three employees of the crisis center THEiA o.p.s. Using these interviews, I examine the impact of quality standards on the work and daily activities of employees of the organization and the impact on the quality of services provided.
