The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called ,, A brick- built detached house‘‘ si to create documentation for carrying out constrction. The house is designed for a four member family. It is situated in a suburb of Polička. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, bathroom, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room, kitchen with dining room and guestroom. On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and toilet. The load- Bearing wall in 1NP is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm, on 2NP is made of plasteboard septum. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. The house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 7° made of a covering Bramac max 7.
