Title: Organizational structure of beach soccer in the Czech Republic and suggestions to its improvement Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to create a series of suggestions to improve the activities of the organizational structure of beach soccer in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, it was first necessary to analyse this organizational structure by analysing the individual sequential managerial functions (planning, organizing, selecting and deploying staff, leading people and control). Methods: Internal documents analysis, semi-structured interview with the Chairman of beach soccer commission, Chief coach of the national teams and two players of beach soccer Results: The result of this work is a series of suggestions for improving beach soccer activities, namely in the areas of planning, communication and staff deployment.
